Online learning is already widely used in Education field by the devlopment of internet technology. Online participation as one of affecting factors of online learning, attracts more and more researchers attention. Among them, how to improve online participation of its learners by facilitator is just one of research hot topic. Generally, tutors or their graduates used to be online facilitators in the regular institutions of higher learning of China. However, this case always comes across problems such as: facilitators sometimes cannot have enough energy, to guide the students in time and communicate with students. Which greatly decrease the active of participation. Meanwhile, we found that some students can share much wonderful learning resources with their classmates through online learning environment. What's more, as the key role, who sends out a post may provoke a lively discussion and resonance in online participation group and play a positive part in pushing on online learning. In this paper, I discuss the probability of learners playing the role of facilitators, which can facilitate the whole participation of online learning and improve the effect of online learning by building the online facilitator group.From the authors own educational background, this study defines the online facilitator group and determines the experimental process as below through look up the referent literature at home and abroad about facilitator, lurkers, online participation. The main experimental process as below:1. Preparation: establishes the experiment environment, emphasizes the object of study, definitudes research objective, and determines research method.2.Design:According to the factors needed to considered in establishing the experiment environment, putting forward establishing method of online facilitator group, developing its modes ,improving its skills, putting forward strategies can be implemented in facilitated activity, drawing up the rubric of the effect of facilitated learning;3. Implementation :According to the establishing ways of facilitator group, to finish the establishment of facilitator group, to implement instructional strategies in experimental courses combined with experimental effect, to perfect the instructional strategies in experimental process gradually and to elaborate the rubric;4. Evaluation: to evaluate the experimental effect within its quantity and quality;5. Popularization: to summarize the advantages and disadvantages, to popularize in new programmes.
