Learn from the successful experience of the world tennis power,a sufficient number of high level reserve talent is the fundamental guarantee for sustainable supply.Therefore,Chinese tennis healthy cannot do without the construction of reserve talent of teenagers.In recent years,Hefei City Tennis booming,the Anhui women's tennis player Zhu Lin scored in the 2017 Australian Open Registration race,And the Anhui women's tennis team won the 2016 National Tennis Team Championship for the first time,a major breakthrough for Anhui tennis,while the masses tennis popularization.At the same time,there are some objective problems in the development of tennis in Hefei.Based on this,this paper takes Hefei city youth tennis reserve talents training as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,the Hefei Tennis Association director unit of the training courses,Hefei city The Racquet Club Hotel and school athletes and coaches for the questionnaire object.217 valid questionnaires were collected,including 188 athletes,29 coaches.And in charge of tennis related leaders,leaders and other interviews.Statistics and analysis system of survey data,to objectively reflect the training status of young tennis reserve talents in Hefei,and the problems put forward some countermeasures,and then on the basis of the healthy development of the theory provide further promote tennis reserve talents among teenagers in Hefei.Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the youth tennis reserve talents in Hefei,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Hefei young amateur tennis players learning and training contradiction.The pressure of cultural courses and entrance examination leads to fewer Teenagers Participating in tennis,and the reserve team of young amateur tennis players is insufficient.2.coaches engaged in amateur tennis training for young people in Hefei are mostly selected by their own experience,and lack of organized and large-scale scientific selection methods.3.family economic constraints,resulting in many ordinary working families in Hefei can not meet the needs of young people to participate in amateur tennis training.4.Hefei sports department in propaganda and popularity of tennis sports lack of strength,resulting in the level of tennis socialization is not high,has not yet formed a good atmosphere for tennis development.5.Hefei city can use less tennis courts and lower utilization rate,most of the tennis venues in the city are not open to the public,resulting in idle tennis venues,waste of resources.6.coaches in Hefei amateur tennis training system is not perfect,coaches,coaches and team building needs to be improved.7.The provincial Tennis Association has not yet fully played its role,and various types of juvenile amateur tennis competitions have been held.
