Study On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Amateur Tennis Guangxi

The arrival of the world tennis heat opened the curtain of modern tennis,with its unique charm to attract more tennis enthusiasts. Guangxi rapideconomic development has played a great role in promoting the popularity oftennis and injected new vitality. Objects of study include colleges, universities,communities and tennis clubs. A preliminary study of the popularity of tennisin Guangxi was conducted by the study of literature, interviews,questionnaires, and mathematical statistics method. The results show that: thepromotion and popularity of tennis in Guangxi is influenced by the siteconstruction, time, income, consuming attitudes and other multifaceted factors,which hampered the development of tennis. This paper studied theshortcomings of Guangxi amateur tennis and explored a suitable way forGuangxi amateur tennis development, hoping this study can provide practicalsignificance for tennis development in Guangxi in the future. By investigation,the author concluded as below: firstly, the government should take the leadingrole to widely mobilize all forces; secondly, accelerate the penetration ofamateur tennis with universities in Guangxi as a breakthrough; Thirdly,improve the social status of amateur tennis linking to tennis culture; fourth,establish a long-term tennis technical training institution in Guangxi toimprove the overall level; fifth, accelerate media propaganda with the carrier"celebrity"; sixth, increase investment on construction of tennis facilities, andmake rational use of resources; seventh, strengthen developing tennis reservepersonnel training program to create a reserve pool.
