Plausible reasoning ability is an important content of logic reasoning ability in senior high school mathematics core literacy, and closely related to innovation consciousness and innovation ability. As the new reasoning ability of high school mathematics curriculum standard(experiment),it gradually becomes the focus of high school mathematics curriculum and mathematics education. In Sichuan province, the new curriculum reform in 2010.After six years of the cultivation of plausible reasoning ability, how about the level of students' plausible reasoning ability? there is an urgent need of empirical research to investigate through testing. At present, the research of plausible reasoning ability focuses on training and teaching,it is the lack of the evaluation of plausible reasoning ability and the credible plausible reasoning ability test's research of high school students. Therefore, the evaluation and test of high school students' plausible reasoning ability has theoretical and practical significance.First,by summarizing the historical meaning of representative plausible reasoning, and on the basis of discriminating among the concepts of mathematical conjecture and deductive reasoning, the meaning of plausible reasoning is defined.According to the thinking form of plausible reasoning,it is divided into four types: incomplete induction, analogy, generalization and specialization, and illustrate the characteristics of different types of plausible reasoning ability, and points out that incomplete induction and analogy are main plausible reasoning in the mathematical teaching and learning.By using the plausible reasoning method of generalization, specialization, analogy and incomplete induction, the mathematical problem of shuxuetongbao's number 2244 is studied. Then, the plausible reasoning ability evaluation framework(figure 3.2)is preliminarily constructed from the content and level of plausible reasoning ability;Based on the evaluation framework, the test paper was designed, through multiple expert consultation and discussion, and then revised after pre-test,and finally established the plausible reasoning ability evaluation framework(figure 3.3)conforming to the current actual situation; And based on the framework(figure 3.3),through several expert consultation and discussion, then revised after two pre-tests,the test paper(Appendix 5)about the plausible reasoning ability is designed, which Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.783.Finally,In June and September of 2016,450 high school students in Chengdu S and L schools were tested by using the plausible reasoning ability test paper of high school students, which obtained 406 valid samples.Using SPSS21.0 to organize data and analyze the overall level and level in all dimensions of students' plausible reasoning ability, and compare the differences of different schools, different grades, different levels classes, different mathematics basis and gender students. The results show that: the plausible reasoning ability is generally low,the analogical ability is lower than the incomplete inductive ability;the plausible reasoning ability of the better school students is better than that of the basic school, the students in different grades is obviously different, the experimental class is higher than the parallel class in the better school, but there is no significant difference in the basic school;the better the students' mathematical ability is,the better the plausible reasoning ability is.And there is no obvious difference between male and female students. On the basis of analyzing test data, the enlightenment of the cultivation of high school students' plausible reasoning ability: strengthening training is urgent;induction and analogy ability need attention simultaneously;the training objectives can vary from person to person.
