Objective: Applying different ways of High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)to untrained young women, researched on the instant effects of their postural stability to find out the damage of HIIT and influence of different approaches of HIIT,which provides the theoretical and experimental base of whether HIIT was a appropriate way of training the young woman and which was the better training way that assure their security. Methods: Subjects were 10 untrained young women from Beijing Sports University.Trainings of cycle ergometer and unarmed protocol underwent under the supervision of professional coach.Kinematic and kinetic data during double limb stance with closed eyes and single limb stance with open eyes before, immediately as well as 10,20 and 30 minutes after exercise cessation, were collected simultaneously by high-speed infrared motion capture system and force platform. Results: Different training ways almost had no difference in affecting indexes of center of pressure(path length, maximum sway length, sway area, mean speed,anterior/posterior speed,medial/lateral speed)and center of mess(path length, maximum motion of center of mass, mean speed,anterior/posterior speed, vertical speed, sway angle and its speed).Immediately after the training, maximum motion of center of mass in AP and ML directions with indexes of center of pressure would increase apparently, and they would go back after 10 minutes. In the double limb stance with closed eyes, two methods almost have the same trend of effect. And in the single limb stance with opened eyes, unarmed training would promote the growth trend of all of the three directions. Conclusions: Single session of HIIT would impair the postural stability of untrained young women instantly, and the postural stability could go back in about 10 minutes. But cycle ergometer training and unarmed training did not have obvious difference in effects.
