Research Objectives: This article will explore the effects of high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity continuous training of different intensities on the physical health and sports enjoyment of high school students,so as to explore the training regimens suitable for students.Research Methods: In this paper,literature review method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used to study the training effect and sports enjoyment of different intensities of highintensity interval training and medium-intensity continuous training in students’ physical health.In this study,90 students of the 2022 senior year of Rizhao Haiqu Senior High School in Shandong Province were selected as experimental subjects,and 90 students were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely experimental group 1,experimental group2 and control group,with 30 people in each group,15 girls and 15 boys.The first group of experiments underwent sprint interval training,the experimental group 2 underwent high-intensity aerobic interval training,the control group underwent moderate-intensity continuous training,and the experiment was intervened twice a week for a total of 8weeks.Before and after the experiment,the subjects’ physical morphology,physical function and physical fitness were tested,and the physical activity enjoyment scale was filled in to statistically analyze the experimental data.Research results:1.Body shape: after 8 weeks of training,the boys’ weight in experimental group 1decreased by 2.53 kg and BMI decreased by 0.80kg/m2,which was statistically very significant(p<0.01);The weight of girls decreased by 2.00 kg and BMI decreased by0.87kg/m2,which were statistically significant differences(p<0.01).In the second group of boys,the weight of the boys decreased by 3.27 kg and the BMI decreased by 1.04kg/m2,which was statistically very significant(p<0.01).The weight of girls decreased by 3.13 kg and BMI by 1.16kg/m2,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Physical function: after 8 weeks of training,the lung capacity of the boys in the experimental group 1 increased by 329.47 ml,which was statistically significant(p<0.01);The lung capacity of female students increased by 302.67 ml,which was statistically very significant(p<0.01).The lung capacity of the boys in the experimental group 2 increased by 394.73 ml,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The lung capacity of female students increased by 353.87 ml,which was statistically very significant(P<0.01).The lung capacity of the female students in the control group increased by 58.07 ml,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was a significant difference in the mean test results of female students in the experimental group 2 and the control group after the lung capacity experiment.3.Physical fitness:(1)strength quality: after 8 weeks of training,the male standing long jump in experimental group 1 increased by 8.00 cm,which was statistically significant(p<0.01);The female standing long jump increased by 7.47 cm and the sit-up increased by 9.53 times,which were statistically very significant differences(p<0.01).In the experiment 2 groups,the standing long jump increased by 7.33 cm,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The female standing long jump increased by 7.27 cm and the sit-up increased by 8.27 times,which were statistically very significant differences(p<0.01).There were significant differences in the mean test score difference between the sit-ups of the experimental group and the control group,and the sit-ups of the girls in the experimental group and the control group.There were significant differences in the mean test results of the male standing long jump in the experimental group 1 and the control group,the female standing long jump in the experimental group 1 and the control group,and the female standing long jump in the experimental group and the control group.(2)Speed quality: after 8 weeks of training,the 50 m running of the boys in the experimental group 1 decreased by 0.54 s,which was statistically significant(p<0.01);The 50 m run for girls decreased by 0.73 s,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the experiment 2 group,the 50 m running was reduced by 0.35 s,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The 50 m run for girls decreased by 0.37 s,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The 50 m running in the control group decreased by 0.02 s,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The 50 m run for girls decreased by 0.14 s,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Endurance quality: after 8 weeks of training,the 800-meter running of the experimental group 1 decreased by 5.20 s,which was statistically significant(p<0.01),and the boys’ 1000-meter running decreased by 15.33 s,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the second group of girls,the 800-meter running decreased by 7.20 s,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The 1000 m run for boys decreased by 19.80 s,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The control group reduced the 1000 m run by 0.47 seconds,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Sports enjoyment: after 8 weeks of training,the score of physical activity enjoyment in the experimental group decreased by 1.80,which was statistically significant(p<0.01);The score of female students on the enjoyment of physical activity decreased by 1.67,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).In the experiment 2 group,the score of male physical activity enjoyment increased by 1.93,which was statistically significant(p<0.01).The score of girls’ enjoyment of physical activity increased by 2.20,which was statistically very significant(P<0.01).The score of physical activity enjoyment in the control group decreased by 4.93,which was statistically very significant(p<0.01),and the score of female physical activity enjoyment decreased by 4.73,which was statistically very significant(p<0.01).Between each of the two groups in Experiment1,Experiment 2 and the control group,there was a significant difference in the mean score difference of boys after the exercise of physical activity enjoyment.There was a significant difference in the mean score difference between the experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and the control group after the experiment on the enjoyment of physical activity.Research conclusion:1.Sprint interval training and high-intensity aerobic interval training can improve the physical shape,physical function and physical fitness of adolescents,while sprint interval training and high-intensity aerobic interval training are better than moderate intensity continuous training in improving the physical fitness of adolescents.2.The sense of exercise enjoyment obtained by high-intensity aerobic interval training is higher than that of sprint interval training and medium-intensity continuous training.3.High-intensity aerobic interval training can make adolescents obtain physical and psychological benefits,and is a more suitable training method for adolescents than sprint interval training and medium-intensity continuous training.4.The sense of exercise enjoyment obtained by sprint interval training,highintensity aerobic interval training and moderate intensity continuous training can improve the physical health of adolescents through physical activity.
