Research On The Subject Interactive Relationship In Community Sports Events

With the reform of China's social system and structure,thegovernment's role and function in the management of social affairshave been changed.The management power of government inindustries,enterprises and undertakings in the social system,Enterprises and social organizations has been gradually changed.Besides,with the disintegration of the traditional unit system,the community plays an increasingly important role in China's social affairs management and has become an important grassroots organization in the development of township,town and city.In the context of such a great social change,the mode of sports development also has been changed,the old "nationwide system" has no longer meet the development needs of the increasingly market-oriented and socialized sports industry.So the new sports development model with active participation of social organizations under the market-Government guidance began to be promoted and improved.In this mode,the development of mass sports has become an inevitable trend.As a bridge connecting the two important systems of family and society,the community has relatively simple operation mechanism,and its organization and management is relatively low.So the community has become an important carrier for the development of mass sports.In such a social context,the practice and research of community sports began to rise.However,in the past,there is little research on community sports in the perspective of community development.Broadly speaking,the community is a collection with strong sense of geographical boundaries,internal unity and higher degree of coordination.It is community who achieve its internal unity,integration and coordinationmainly through the interdependence of family,traditional customs and production,economic and market factors.Based on the definition of this concept,this article is committed to research the Basketball Cup — "Jujian Hui" by using the community research theory andmethod of anthropology.This research conducts a one-month field investigation on the "Jujian Hui" by means of literature review and interviews.Based on the field investigation,this paper analyzes the interactive relationship of the participating players in the "Jujian Hui" Basketball Cup,and draws two conclusions:First,There is an interdependent relationship between community subjects,which take the township enterprises as the link.Second the interrelated and interdependent relations among Fengkou Town community subjects has been fully demonstrated during the operation of the "Jujian Hui".By demonstrating the interaction,"Jujian Hui" played an important role in maintaining and stabilizing the social structure and social functioning of the community.Therefore,I believes that the development of community sports should pay attention to the participation and interaction of community subjects,and give full play to the role of community sports in community development,to promote the stability and development of community.
