Urban community changed from rural community is involved in Urbanization which is still not mature in the economic development. The great sharp qualitative change from rural community to urban community breaks the weak community construction experience thoroughly. Most people in the urban community changed from rural community are difficult to acclimatize themselves to the change of lifestyles and the value-transition in a relatively short period. Therefore, the construction and development problems of the urban community changed from rural community appear particularly urgent. Community governance theory is the new period after the construction of community into one of the most important kind of development concept; it emphasizes the complicated structure and allocation of resources and the social governance structure from the government to various residents'organizations which possess various social resources to construct a power network model.Based on thorough investigation of H community in Nanjing which focuses on the aspects of performance and satisfaction, this paper analysis the primary cause of the absence of community interaction in community governance. The absence of community interaction as a result of the weak economic and cultural foundation, the weak subject consciousness, and the lack of public space in the urban community changed from rural community. Therefore, the strength of inhabitants self-organization put forward will promote the community interaction. Self-organization of residents is the product of community interaction; it is also the main way of interaction with the Residents Committees. Self-organization of residents provides effective ways to achieve the goals of the community governance.
