Research On The Present Situation Of The Campus Soccer In Pirmary And Secondary Schools In Beijing

At present,the development of Chinese football is not very desirable,and at the same time,the number of teenagers who participate in football are less and less.No matter from the number of professional soccer players or from the number of people who participate in soccer,our country has a huge gap between others.Therefore,it is important to develop campus football,cultivate football talents and form a perfect football talent cultivation system.Beijing should take advantage of its own to carry out the campus football better,playing a leading role.In 2015,34 primary and secondary schools of Beijing were first selected by the ministry of education as the “national youth football characteristic campus school”(hereinafter referred to as the characteristic school).This paper takes 34 shortlisted schools from 16 districts in Beijing as the whole research object,and takes Kangzhuang Center primary school in Yanqing district and Progress Elementary School in Xicheng district in Beijing as the specific research objects,taking in-depth case studies about them.This paper investigates and analyses Beijing’s first selected 34 feature of school campus football development situation,using the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics,case analysis.After this paper research,it found out that campus football in 34 characteristic schools developed rapidly and has made some achievements in recent two years.And it concluded the following conclusions:1.The selection of characteristics Beijing school standards remains to be further refined,quantized,because it lacks effective supervision and inspection and exit access mechanism.2.The first batch characteristic of Beijing schools all opened football lessons,but open time is generally shorter,school-based teaching material usage is not ideal;Most schools carried out all kinds of school extracurricular sports activities,but a few schools did not conduct,so popularity remains to be improved;The schools were founded the school football team,training 3-4 times per week,each 60-100 min.There are many league matches outside school,but the campus games are in shortage,and few girls participate;Teachers’ shortage,although all involved in football in teacher training,the coach level is low,and the schools generally invite professional coaches outside the school make up the teacher shortage;The schools soccer equipment meet the basic requirements,but the football field per capita area is small,and we need to improve the utilization and development of new fields;The A fund mainly comes from the superior,and it is a single channel.Activity subject teachers and students related guarantee not fully implemented.But there are many problems,such as the selection of characteristics Beijing school mechanism is not sound,lacking the school-based teaching material development is lacked,a polarization trend in campus football schools,ignoring the women’s football,shortage of teachers,the scarce site,a single funding channel.Therefore we should improve the selection mechanism,attach importance to the theoretical research,rich activity form,encourage girls to participate in,continue to cultivate teachers,and develop football fields and activities.3.For the case study of Kangzhuang Center primary school and Progress Elementary School in Beijing,the following several aspects is worth our using for reference: First,strive to full participation of campus football,using popularization to promote;Second,attach great importance to the theoretical research.Pay attention to the top design of campus football,innovate football school-based teaching materials and lead the construction of campus football theory and culture aspects in our country;Third,as Beijing’s traditional football schools,school leaders put attention to and become the group’s spiritual leader;The last is the active cooperation with professional football club for a long time.
