With the constant deepening of China's market economy reform,there is the imbalance problem in the field of education between city,county and rural has become increasingly prominent,especially the teachers' liquidity problems.It is still a typical problem of education fairness in our country.Educational circles and government departments have paid great attention to it.This paper chooses the question of the flow of primary school teachers in H county of Anhui province as the research object,and adopts the form of questionnaire to analyze the influencing factors of the flow of primary school teachers.And on this basis,we can provide theoretical support and workable countermeasures to promote orderly and rational flow of teachers and the balanced development of compulsory education.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose,significance,main contents and methods of the research,summarizing the current research progress at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts of the research,and introducing the relevant theoretical basis and the innovation of the thesis.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of primary school teachers in H county of Anhui province by means of questionnaires and interviews,which points out that the flow of primary school teachers is unbalanced,blind flow,interest tendency and concealment.The rational flow of teachers is helpful to promote the optimal allocation of educational resources and the development of educational fairness.The unreasonable flow of teachers will further aggravate the current imbalance of education.In the third chapter,based on the investigation and analysis,the author analyzes influencing the flow of primary school teachers,such as the institutional factors,school factors,economic factors,teachers' personal factors and other factors.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of the unreasonable teachers'mobility in H county,which is based on the factors influencing the flow of primary school teachers as the corresponding analysis tools.The fifth chapter summarizes the contents of this paper,and looks forward to the future research and realistic development of primary school teachers.
