With the development of country's construction plan of "world-class universities and first-class disciplines" in colleges and universities,the teacher in colleges and universities that are the first resources of "world-class universities and first-class disciplines" construction have become the target of competition among colleges and universities,and the flow of normal college teachers has evolved under the blessing of capital power.For the "Talent War",many colleges and universities are "grabbing" college teachers with "academic titles" with high salary,and the faculty mobility between colleges and universities is increasingly frequent.College teachers,especially excellent teachers,are the most important human resources in colleges and universities.The loss of outstanding teachers will bring great losses to the school.Even if there is no actual resignation behavior,the emergence of teachers' mobility intentions will have a great negative impact on colleges and universities.Taking A School as an example,this paper analyzes the situation of teacher mobility in the school through the data from Human Resources Department and questionnaires and interviews obtained from the school teachers,and found the teachers'mobility of each college showed an increasing trend.In the survey of teachers' mobility intentions,the proportion of teachers with mobility intentions was also greater than that of teachers without mobility intentions.Taking the Job Satisfaction of college teachers as the intermediate variable,using the "Two-Factor" theory to analyze the factors affecting the school's mobility intentions,there are four aspects:Job Perception factor,Compensation and Welfare factor,Assessment and Promotion factor andDevelopment Opportunity factor.In response to the factors affecting the school's mobility intentions,the following suggestions are made:paying attention to teachers' feelings,improving teachers' job perception satisfaction;clarifying teachers' needs,and effectively improving teachers' income and working environment;reforming the evaluation system,objectively and fairly evaluating teachers' work;rationally arrange teachers' work tasks;improve the training system and continue to pay attention to the professional development of teachers.
