From"the Mob" To Pool Everybody's Wisdom?-Psychological Interpretation And Reflection Of Public Opinion Under Internet+Logic

This paper attempts to base on the background of Internet+,through to sort out the research status of the mob,public opinion,group psychology and so on.Combining with the relative deprivation theory,collective sense of efficacy,silent-spiral theory and motivation theory to analyze public opinion.From 2012 to 2016,we selected 20 representative public opinion hot events,and summarized them by cluster analysis.Attitude is the core of public opinion.Therefore,by means of questionnaire survey,design the motivation and willingness of public participation in public opinion events to take data analysis and statistics about Social justice,life satisfaction and government satisfaction with the results of public opinion events or.make decisions,then analyze the correlation of each dimension variable.Finally,Different representations of group psychology produced by four stages of the life cycle of public opinion,the author puts forward the strategic guidance of public opinion from the government level,so as to explore a new way to guide public opinion.Research considers,the unconscious nature of public participation,the mechanism of public participation in our country is not perfect,and the imbalance of the new media coverage is not comprehensive,as important reasons for the emergence of public opinion in the process of many problems.Therefore,in order to better achieve the positive effect of public participation in the process of public opinion,it is necessary to start from the willingness to participate in public opinion and participation motivation,public satisfaction with the government and so on.Under the Internet+ logic produced by public opinion greatly increased the individual wisdom to change the possibility of group wisdom,even if the power of the public is abused,but "Internet+" as the open platform in continuous improvement,improvement,such abuse may be corrected.Therefore,by the "mimicry environment"and,stereotype" of the dual impact,public opinion in the "real society" and "network society" level shows the characteristics of the rational,with relatively unconscious.
