Study On The Evolution Path And Governance Of The Microblog Public Opinion In The Case Of Homosexual Group In Universities

With the development of the national "double-class" university construction strategy,it has become an important goal of China's universities to build a tolerant and Open University atmosphere to attract international first-class talents.It is one of the important prerequisites for China's universities to win the international reputation and to go international,as a group of colleges and universities that cannot be ignored in the construction of colleges and universities and build a climate of respect and tolerance.In recent years,along with our country university sexual minority quantity rise,frequent sexual minority extreme events on campus,and under the background of increasingly rapid development of Internet,represented by weibo open social media not only become the correlative groups show their platform,and to show emotion become more targeted minority extreme events continue fermentation medium.In such an environment,China's universities are at the forefront of public opinion.How to effectively deal with such public opinion continuous fermentation of events,it to minimize the negative effects caused by the in colleges and universities,become the construction of colleges and universities in the process of the double top universities have to face the challenge.Based on this,this study is located at the national university of "double top" list of huazhong university of science and technology,for example,select the "huake homophobic" events as the research content,in order to boost the event fermented weibo social platform as the analysis object,explore colleges and universities in such sexual minorities,how to grasp the public opinion dissemination rule,to take relevant countermeasures.First of all,on the basis of literature review,this study,based on the theory of life cycle of public opinion,the microblogging public opinion evolution process is divided into four stages,and using the research methods of text and emotional tendency analysis for the event microblogging public opinion about the general features and evolution path of research,in order to found the public issues and emotional characteristics,and reflect back the public's attitude toward homosexuality in colleges and universities,to explore the impact of the incident on the image.The study found that,firstly,the public still have strong negative emotional tendency towards the homosexual phenomenon in colleges and universities.Second,the evolution of public issues from formation behind events phase subject itself to the high attention of homosexuality,and emotional tendency from the formation of a single negative emotions primarily to boom multivariate neutral emotions;Thirdly,through semantic analysis,it is found that this event has a strong negative impact on the image of university.According to the above research findings,three pointed strategies are put forward.First,our universities should strengthen the popularization of HIV prevention and sexual minorities and education in advance.Secondly,Chinese universities should adopt different coping strategies at different stages to play the guiding role of key microblog in public opinion.Finally,colleges and universities should strengthen the analysis and summary of events,and build a more tolerant and open image of Chinese universities.
