Pedagogical content knowledge,as a unique teacher's professional knowledge,efficiently fuse subject knowledge and teaching knowledge,become a kind of tool to reflect teachers' professional characteristics and a standard to measure professional teachers.Since the Pedagogical content knowledge arisen in China,the broad scholars conduct research of it that the most is given priority to with theoretical research,but the empirical study what Combined with specific subjects and education truth in our country is few.Therefore,based on the research achievements of the domestic and foreign related subject about Pedagogical content knowledge(PCK),This paper selected high school physics teacher Pedagogical content knowledge as the main research content,and identified the high school physics teacher Pedagogical content knowledge as the following five:the knowledge about teaching idea,the knowledge of the course,the knowledge about the students,the knowledge of teaching strategies,and the knowledge of the teaching evaluation.On this basis,through the questionnaire to survey and analysis Pedagogical content knowledge status of 160 high school physics teacher in changsha city,and comparative analysis some of the physics teachers' Pedagogical content knowledge Presentation in the subject teaching "Newton's laws of motion",then put forward the cultivating strategies ofthe high school physics teachers' Pedagogical content knowledge.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)as a whole,high school physics teachers' understanding of the concept of Pedagogical content knowledge is not comprehensive,five aspects of Pedagogical content knowledge is better,but it remains to be improved.The teaching concept and curriculum knowledge is not comprehensive,the knowledge about students is lack,teaching strategy is not rich and scattered,the evaluation of students and their own is not comprehensive,their Pedagogical content knowledge is not complete.(2)on the overall level of Pedagogical content knowledge,different school age teachers is no significant difference,but there are some differences in five structure dimensions that teaching experience greater physical teachers on the knowledge of students,the knowledge of teaching strategies,and the knowledge of the teaching evaluation is better.In view of the situation,from the teaching environment,teachers,students three factors analysis the conclusion,this paper puts forward five Suggestions to promote the development of Pedagogical content knowledge:(1)improve evaluation methods;(2)Strengthen teacher's professional training practice;(3)Enrich teachers' professional knowledge and teaching knowledge,promote their fusion;(4)Alleviate teachers work tasks,increase on-the-job learning time;(5)Enhanced reflection,promote the exchange of teachers.
