In recent years,with the development of big data,cloud computing technology and the development of modern education,,personalized education has been paid more and more attention,thus speeding up the popularization of school education from personalization to personalization.As an important part of individualized education,personalized counseling is becoming more and more important.However,due to the limitation of time and space,and the shortage of teachers' energy,low interest,personalized tutoring did not achieve good results.Thus,this study aims to explove effective platforms and strategies of personalized tutoring in big data environment.Four effective ways has been conducted in this study through the questionnaire “star” platform,it can collect and analyse student's data;then through the micro class platform,it can improve student's knowledge and skills;using the WeChat platform it could enhance students of reading,spelling and writing;using QQ group cooperation platform,guide students to attack the"difficulties".Also according to each personalized tutoring platform,the author summed up the corresponding strategy with guidance: the micro class platform to the attention of each class will have micro class,the more difficult the class is then,the more micro class we use".Then "guiding the students autonomous guidance,highlight the personality".Teachers should also " attention click,adjustment strategy ".In the use of the WeChat platform we should pay attention to the expression of children's interests,making the students willing to tutor",and " personalized tutoring,instant reply",while teachers also need to "mining materials,extra-curricular development".Use QQ mutual tutoring group should pay attention to the "proper choice" to make students "cooperation",and promote "studens' interaction".Finally we should also pay close attention to the importance of using networkplatform to help students develop the ability ".Through more than one-year-research,we can see that the effect is obvious from the comparison of the data before and after the experiment.First,the study improves the individual interest in learning,learning ability and level.Second,the research also promotes the professional development of teachers,teachers can grasp the teaching material,which more accurately develops a improve of the consciousness and habit of teaching decision to use data.Thus,it can providemore suitable learning resources and learning path for students.Looking at the future of the study of personalized tutoring platform for primary school language in big data environment,the platform of the integration and accurate analysis and utilization of data,to be followed by more researchers follow up.
