In the government to promote education of public kindergartens and non-governmental kindergarten simultaneously,the Private kindergarten is the key of solving the problem of enrollment.In some of the small size of the private kindergartens,However,there is a common phenomenon of early childhood education “primary”.For some reason,firstly,Principals and parents use explicit teaching achievement to evaluate teachers' work.Second,Kindergartens lack of teaching and research atmosphere,the lack of motivation for self-development of Teachers.Third,Teachers music PCK level is not high.This research is based on the PCK(subject teaching knowledge),which was put forward by Schulman of Stanford University(Shulman.L.S),combined with Veal and Makinster,Grossman,King and Cochran et al.Classification of PCK content,form the theoretical framework of this study,which improve the private kindergarten teachers music PCK(specific subject content teaching knowledge)as the intervention entrance.On the basis of the three aspects of music teaching knowledge,such as "the guiding of music teaching objectives,the content and context of specific music works",the private kindergarten teachers carry out music teaching effectively.In this study,a private kindergarten teacher in 16 classes is taken as the research object,It used daily music teaching as the carrier,by means of questionnaire,case study,observation and interview,through the three stages of music teaching "primary" tendency to intervene.The first stage is to understand the original experience,through the analysis of the three music teaching record and the questionnaire of teachers,to understand the private kindergarten teachers original music PCK;The second stage is to stimulate cognitive conflict,through the organization of private kindergarten teachers in primary school music teaching and effective music teaching in kindergarten to observe,compare,analyze,sort out,to make it clear that "primary school music teaching behavior","effective teaching characteristics of children's music" and other related cognition;The third stage is the practical intervention of teaching situation,Through the intervention of music teaching process,To reduce the tendency of kindergarten teachers' music teaching in primary school,For the further acquisition of music teaching knowledge and the accumulation of teaching experience to explore some effective strategies for the further promotion of music teaching knowledge.Research findings,the three strategies adopted in the process of "stimulating the teachers' self understanding","learning exchanges and improving the theoretical level" and "the application of practical guidance and promotion methods",effectively improve the intervention of private kindergarten teachers' music PCK level.To a certain extent,it corrects the phenomenon of "primary school" in the music teaching of private kindergarten teachers.
