Research On Spins Difficulty Movements Of Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Athlete

Rhythmic gymnastics as one of the Olympic Games,the rhythmic rules for the development of rhythmic gymnastics project plays a guiding role.2013-2016 version of the international scoring rules: the difficulty of the body is divided into jumping,balance,rotation of the three types of personal items of a set of actions up to 9 physical difficulty,which is a rotating body movement is very important in a category of difficulty,Its value is high,the type is rich,its bright spot lies in may form the compound,the mixed turn.The new rules on the number and type of difficulty action quantification requirements are to promote the rhythmic gymnastics competitive trends toward a more difficult,new,beautiful,comprehensive and comprehensive direction.As the difficulty of the physical reduction,only rely on athletes to master a certain type of advantage and difficulty of technical points of the smaller operating space,will not be able to achieve the desired score,requiring athletes to fully grasp the various types of physical difficulty movement technology.In this study,we use the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and video analysis to study the rotation of body movements of individual gymnastics athletes,and draw the following conclusions:1.The number of different difficulty movements in each cycle shows a decreasing tendency.The trend of this trend is as follows: 2005-2008 edition up to 18,in 2009-2012 version 6,the scope of the new version is 6 ~ 9.2.The first eight individual athletes of 2016 Olympic Games,from the difficulty of complete sets of action value,the value of bar is higher than the other three types of difficulty,and from the average of each athlete's turn difficult to complete the score score of 3.2 points.Tournament,with the difficulty of the value of the operation is higher than the other three categories,and from the average point of view to reach everyone 3 points.3.Foreign players in the swivel movement difficulty and the combination of the difficulty of movement of the device under the circumstances,can better complete the number of technical movements and swivel movements,thereby enhancing the overall artistic effect.There is no significant difference between the number of the gymnastics athletes and the world elite gymnastics athletes in the gymnastics individual athletes in the sets of movements.4.The most important factors that affect the score of Chinese athletes are the rationality of movement arrangement,the combination level of body and instrument technology,the level of physical skills,the level of equipment technology and psychological factors.
