Individual All-around At The 2019 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships Body Difficulty Movement Application Analysis

In rhythmic gymnastics,the body difficulty movement is the core of the whole set of movements.As a competitive event dominated by the skill of the difficult and beautiful item group,the competition rules are an important factor in the judging of the competition.Based on the 2017-2020 edition of rhythmic gymnastics international scoring rules,this paper analyzes the scoring rules and summarizes the development trend of the rules,so as to provide technical Suggestions for coaches and athletes in their daily training and complete sets of movements.By analyzing the video data sorting out of the 2019 world artistic gymnastics championships all-around project before six physical difficulty data,analysis of complete sets of movements in the body difficult layout design and apply and the dynamic development of rhythmic gymnastics difficulty will make generalizations,explore the body can be difficult development space,analysis the advantage of the other countries of rhythmic gymnastics,hope for the development of the rhythmic gymnastics in China provide certain theoretical basis and reference.This paper adopts the method of documentary data,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis to analyze the video and draws the following conclusions:1.The 2017-2020 international rules no longer set an upper limit on the number of physical difficulties,but only counted the physical difficulties with the highest score of 9points.The constant update and change of rhythmic gymnastics rules promote the development of physical difficulties.At the same time refined the division of labor of the referee group,more clearly each referee's duties.2.The top six athletes of the world championship all chose the body difficulty movements with a high score in the whole set of movements of the four apparatus,and the jumps were concentrated in the back-flexor and back-flexor jumps with a score between 0.5and 0.6.The balance category focuses on the balance of horizontal,horizontal,backward,backward and floating Eddie,with the legs raised in different directions and the body upright,horizontal or below the horizontal height without the help of hands.The score is between 0.4and 0.5.The swivel class is mainly composed of two kinds: one cycle high score swivel action and low score cumulative spin score and compound.3.For the top six athletes of the world championship,the body difficulty of the body transition category accounts for a large proportion of the body difficulty score,which is mainly achieved by accumulating more rotation cycles in the high score of the single body rotation and the complex body transition difficulty.4.The two Russian athletes are in a dominant position in terms of finishing points.The quality of physical difficulty,the difficulty and proficiency of the apparatus,and the artistry reflected in the complete set of movements are all better than the other four competitors.5.The difficulty score not only depends on the physical difficulty,but also depends on the coordinated development of the physical difficulty,the combination of steps,the difficulty of apparatus and the movement combining dynamic rotation.
