Research purposes:After decades of practice and its international competitive sports industry development,so far has made remarkable achievements,but also exposed many deficiencies,such as use brute force to win.To further improve this situation,this article from the perspective of biomechanics,Taiji push right progress on technology for scientific tests and analysis,to explore the action of kinematics and training,scientific provide some realistic basis.Research methods:The study selected 9 Taijiquan athletes of Beijing Sport University as experimental objects,using the high speed infrared motion capture system(8 lens Motion Analysis)with the three-dimensional force platformto Kistler test the process of the right advance of Taijiquan promoter.The different stages of the action were analyzed,the selection criteria include the center of mass displacement and velocity,the angles of each joint and the three-dimensional force.Results: 1.The whole process of the execution of the dive,the focus of the tester is in a constant state of change,excellent set of center of gravity moving distance and speed is greater than the normal group,and the speed of the center of gravity in the horizontal direction between the two groups have significant diffirence(P<0.05).2.Led the early,excellent groups and normalgroups shooting and right knee flexion Angle has extremely significant difference(P<0.01),left hip flexion Angle there is significant difference(P<0.05).3.Energy storage and distribution process,excellent set of each joint basic it is greater than the normal group,basic group strenth at the end of storage,good stretch right shoulder Angle and the Angle of rotation and right hip left hip flexion Angle with the normal group were significant differences(P<0.01),no significant difference in the Angle of the other joint;out excellent group and normal group in the left shoulder,hip flexion Angle have significant difference(P<0.05),right shoulder,left elbow flexion Angle and the right hip inward turning Angle is highly significant difference(P<0.01).4.In the vertical and horizontal direction,the force value of the excellent group was greater than that of the general group,at the monment of distribution the excellent group and ordinary group of althletes of ground front foot force value reached 1.00±0.06(N/BW)? 0.85 ± 0.04(N/BW),and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.The whole process of the right process by Action,excellent set of movement range change is greater than the normal group,the actual conversion,overall speed is fast,has a positive effect to improve the effect of distribution.2.The good group's gravity shift is greater than the normal group,which could instead of shoulder,elbow,hip and knee joint flexion and extention and rotation range,so that the best way action more fluent and full.3.Taiji push right on the strength of process through the ground,waist across reverse increase movment speed,to enhance strike force,strength of the transfer in accordance with “from the foot,in waist and up to tip” oeder.
