CROSSFIT is very popular abroad in recent years is a kind of physical training mode.Athletes at present,many projects abroad and army to CROSSFIT a means for the development of physical fitness,and good results are obtained.The training goal of it is development of the human body movement ability,promote the coordinated development of the physical quality of.CROSSFIT advocated by power training to get the favour of many projects,especially the time priority mode and task priority mode are two of the most classic mode.At the same time,it emphasizes that the core motion model for the engine load and more joint participation.Swimming velocity type is short of project,requires athletes has the ability of high power output in a short period of time,the power of the athletes at the same time in the water is produced by the core force of muscle mass kinetic energy is passed to each link.Short distance athletes of lactic acid producing ability is the key to energy training,at the same time to have enough strength,stability and rhythm.At present,some related research abroad proved that CROSSFIT can effectively improve the level of athletes on the basis of power,to lay a good foundation for the special performance to improve.This study through the special education college of Beijing sport university swimming class students into groups,separately using two training mode.Namely USES the task priority mode,the experimental group and control group adopts the model of time preference.On two groups of subjects before and after the experiment on the basis of comparing the strength and the special quality data,thus the following conclusions:1 CROSSFIT two modes of training intensity has a great influence on all of the subjects' cardiopulmonary endurance.2 two training mode,the task priority mode is better than time priority mode can improve the level of the greatest power of subjects3 two training modes,time priority mode for the development of the power of endurance athletes to have more obvious effect.4 you can see through the experiment,the two training mode for lower limbs explosive increase are not obvious.5,two kinds of training mode time priority mode can improve the subjects' core stability.6 two training mode,the task priority mode to improve the starting performance range is bigger.7 two training mode,the task priority mode for athletes 50 m freestyle is better grades,task priority mode is more suitable for short distance swimming athlete strength training.
