The Study Of Competitive Sports School Of Beijing Sport University On Influence Of Coaches' Coaching Style Of Sports Team Cohesion

The contents,methods and styles of coaches in sports are rich and varied,and the influence on athletes is also different.Through the study of coaches influence style on sports team cohesion,can improve the effectiveness of training and competition,promote healthy growth and development of individual athletes,coaches abundant research achievements in research field,and to provide reference and basis for the construction of coaches.In this paper,the coach style of sports team cohesion influence as the research object,taking Beijing Sport University sports school 30 coaches with 120 athletes as the research object,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical analysis,based on the previous research on the theory of coaching style influence on sports team cohesion.The results are as follows:1)the coaches are not completely authoritarian or Democratic leadership style,mostly mixed with the two coaching styles,more inclined to the middle type.coaches are different in different sports coaches,coaches in the same project coaching style is not the same,the sports team cohesion in the confrontation in the project is higher than individual projects.2)there is a certain correlation between the coaching style and the group cohesion of the athletes.3)personal coaches tend to autocratic style will be more helpful,but may reduce the internal cohesion,and confrontation of coaches in favor of the democratic style will be more conducive to improve athletes' performance.The recommendations of this study are as follows:1)coaches should strengthen the understanding of the relationship between sports and coaching style,the name of their own sports project more reasonable coaching style,and improve their coaching style.2)coaches in guiding training should be aware of their coaching style will have a certain impact on athletes,athletes should be combined with the characteristics of their own adjustments,to take a reasonable coaching style.3)in the individual event coaches should be biased in favor of the authoritarian style,but should pay attention to the cultivation of team cohesion,sport in the confrontation of coaches should be based on democratic style,it may have a beneficial effect on athletes.
