Young people shoulder the important task of building the motherland in the future,is the hope of the motherland and the nation.As an important index to measure the level of a country's social development,the physical quality of the youth affects the overall national strength.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effect of sports intervention on the physical fitness of young people.In order to provide evidence on effects of exercise intervention on the physical fitness of junior high school students,this paper adopts the latest version of Reviewer Manager 5.3 software to China CNKI,Wanfang Data,Baidu scholar,Google scholar,VIP database collected relevant literature effects of exercise intervention on physical quality of junior middle school students were investigated by Meta analysis.The effects of exercise intervention on the physical fitness of junior high school students were quantitatively combined,and the effects of exercise intervention on the physical fitness of junior high school students were discussed.The results are as follows:In power quality research,exercise intervention effects on the related literatures on junior high school boys standing long jump,pull up the WMD were-4.46,-0.89,95%confidence intervals were[-5.36,-3.57],[-1.53,-0.25],total effect values were Z=9.79,Z=2.73,have statistical significance(P<0.01);the junior high school girls standing long jump,1 minute sit ups influence literature WMD were-8.23,-2.65,95%confidence intervals were[-9.15,-7.30],[-4.25,-1.05],total effect values were Z=17.35,Z=3.24,were statistically significant(P<0.01).The quality of the speed,the research of exercise intervention on junior high school boys 50 meter run,the girls ran 50 meters of literature WMD effects were-0.37,0.33,95%confidence intervals were[0.14,0.60],[0.04,0.62],total effect values were Z=3.13,Z=2.23,were statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of the quality of endurance,study of exercise intervention on junior high school boys 1000 meters,800 meters of literature girls WMD were 10.95,5.34,95%confidence intervals were[4.16,17.74],[2.58,8.10],total effect values were Z=3.16,Z=3.80,have statistical significance(P<0.01).In flexibility,exercise intervention on literature influence on junior high school boys body antexion and female body antexion WMD were-0.73,-1.03,95%confidence intervals were[-1.29,-0.18],[-1.35,-0.70],total effect values were Z=2.60,Z=6.14,were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:exercise intervention can improve the physical quality of junior high school students in china.In between the experimental group and control group.The effects of exercise intervention on junior high school students standing long jump boys chin up,girls 1 minute sit ups,boys ran 50 meters,1000 meters running,girls boys ran 800 meters and Sitting flexion index had significant differences impact on girls in the 50 meter run only significant difference.The results of this paper provide some evidence for further research.
