The physical health status of middle school students not only directly affects their study and life at the current stage, but produces long-term effects on their physical level, health situation and working abilities in their adulthood. In rapid physical development, middle school students have vigorous body metabolism and great potential and plasticity in body tissues, organs, structures and functions. Therefore, to seize this important period of life has a positive and profound impact on their physical growth, enhancing physical fitness. Meta-analysis of the effect of physical exercise on health state of middle school students not only sheds light on the intervention of physical exercise in physical health of the students, but also explores the practicality of the combination of Meta-analysis and Review manager 4.2software and physical health researches in China.The research, adopting Review manager4.2 software, conducts Meta-analysis on literature of the recent decade which records the influence_of exercises on physical health status of middle school students. After screening the literature in accordance with a uniform standard, the research ultimately determines to do comparative study between the groups before and after experiments in selected aspects of height, weight, chest circumference, vital capacity, the Harvard step test index, 50 meter dash,800m(female), 1000m(male), standing long jump, and other indicators of Sit and Reach.The results are as follows:The numbers of the research about the effect of physical intervention on the middle school students' physical heath are increasing in 1979-2010, but the quality is low. It reflects the scholars attach more importance to this field, but the ability is needed to improve. The researchers'age mainly concentrates in between 26-46 years old, and the males are more.There was no significant changed between Chinese high school boys and girls'height which intervened by sports in body patterning. The most effective sport intervene to improve high school boys'height was:the exercise intensity should reach at 150-170 HR/min, the sports time should reach at 300-330 min per week and last 8 to 12 months. There was no significant changed between Chinese high school boys and girls'weight which intervened by sports; the exercise intensity should reach at 130-150 HR/min, the sports time should reach at 300-330 min per week and last 8 to 12 months which is the most effective scheme. The chest circumference of Chinese high school boys had improved remarkable but no significant changed on females. The exercise intensity increased to above average (150-170 HR/min),the intervention time last at 8-12 months all it will take a better effect to male's chest circumference.There was a significant changed between Chinese high school boys and girls'vital capacity in body function. The moderate intensity reach at 130-150HR/min,moderate to high frequency (150-180min/per week),long time at least last 8 to 12 months all these will take a best intervention effect to vital capacity. Chinese high school students' step index improved significant by sport intervention. Boys'steps index improved highest which was intervened by the medium above intensity reach at 150-170HR/min, high frequency reach at 300-330min/per week, long time should last 8 to 12 months.There was a significant changed between Chinese high school boys and girls'50 meters running in physical fitness. Boys'50 meters running could improve remarkable at high frequency (300-330min/per week) and 3 to 6 months sport intervention. Chinese high school students' endurance function improved significantly. Boys'1000 meters race'speed increased fastest at moderate intensity (130-150HT/min),high frequency (300-330min/per week) and 3 to 6 months sport intervention. Keep doing sports will effectively maintain their endurance function do not drop with a wide margin. The performance of boys'long jump improved significant by sport intervention but no in girls'. Boys'long jump performance increased the most intervened by the moderate intensity at 130-150HR/min, high frequency at 300-330min/per week and the time should last 3 to 6 months. Keep doing sports will effectively maintain their endurance function do not drop with a wide margin. The seat bottom flexion performance of Chinese high school boy had no significant changed by sport intervention. Boys'seat bottom flexion performance increased the most by high frequency at 300-330min/per week and the time should last 3 to 6 months.The research results of Meta analysis and RevMan software will increased statistical power, save research expenditure, improve the demonstration strength and analysis different research results'differences to make the conclusion more exactly. It also can solve which the problem independent study could not settle and lead to a new problem. This software could deal abundant of document and be not limited by study numbers, it also could find out the flaw of the document and put forward a more objective, exactly and economic result than literature review. In conclusion, this method and software will take a higher feasibility to study on sports intervention.
