| 3 to 5 years old is sensitive period,children’s big muscles movement development at this stage is very important to the development of children’s big muscles action meaning.In child development of big muscle action sensitive period,if not enough attention,can’t in childhood to the big muscles defects effective remedial measures are put forward,in the development of the students in the school this big group will produce inferiority complex,difficult to this large group into the school,may cause the student life movement disorders,therefore,to strengthen children’s big muscles movement development level of the diagnosis and early intervention study has become the top priority.This paper is to dalian Shahekou District elementary school freshmen big muscles movement development level as the research object,by the university of Michigan,Dale a.Ulric compiled by Dr Test scale big muscle action development,big muscles to the student movement development level test,select the larger muscle groups action insufficient development of students,using A questionnaire method,interview method,cause analysis and put forward the intervention strategy,through the test showed that:Dalian Shahekou District elementary school freshmen big muscles movement development in lower level;In different dimensions have certain differences between boys and girls,boys on object control system of action skill score were higher than girls,hop in the displacement motor skills,across before the jump,slide the scoring girls than boys,before a run,standing long jump,slide scoring boys than girls;At the same age group also exist some difference between different months,as the growth of the age of students of big muscles movement development level of mastery is getting better and better.Students participate in extracurricular activities,status,parents’ education,parents’maintenance way,nursery school sports teaching stage,where around children’s activities are the factors affecting the development of students big muscle movements.Countermeasures are proposed according to the status quo:Qarents of countermeasures:strengthening the parents of students the importance of big muscles movement;to establish a correct concept of family sports,cultivate their good habit and take an active part in sports;the parents should learn more about the basic knowledge of the children’s big muscles movement development,can timely understand the children in the big muscles movement development level condition.The kindergarten stage countermeasures:to strengthen the kindergarten to the student big muscles movement development emphasis;the government should come with big muscles movement development stage teaching outline or guidance,to speed up the policy implementation,in order to in the development of children’s big muscles movement sensitive period to promote children’s planned and purposeful big muscles movement development;strengthen the kindergarten for big muscles movement to the implementation of the development of physical education teaching contents,increasing training faculty,with the development of the large muscle groups actions to solve the problem of the lack of professional physical education teachers;strengthen the students’ parents for big muscle group actions in the development of relevant knowledge propaganda,relevant training when necessary,in order to achieve scientific guidance to children big muscles movement development.The elementary school stage countermeasures:the school attaches great importance to the students’ big muscles movement development,select the larger muscle groups movement development differences of students,grouping teaching to the student,and inadequate development of big muscles movement student take effective intervention measures,make the students get big muscles movement development specific increase;the same age in different months difference exists in the development of students,and in the larger muscle groups is a gap in the dimensions of motor development.By looking up the existing sports teaching plan and teaching outline and students big muscles movement development level,this paper compares and analyzes found that the content of the sports teaching for students in the uniform is inappropriate,physical education teachers need to students of the same age in different months should have different teaching contents and emphases. |
