The Influencing Factors Analysis On High School Sunshine Sports Movement Implementation In Xi’an

Sunshine sports movement was established on Dec.23rd 2006, promoted in the first national physical work conference in Beijing, with initial name "national billion student sunshine sports". "National billion student sunshine sports" started completely in April 2007, with the aim of "exercise one hour per day, work 50 years healthily, live entire life happily".Xi’an, as an important city in northwest of China, is the center of Shaanxi even west region in the field of culture policy and economics. With the methods of Literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, the article investigated 3500 students,60 teachers,60 parents from 15 high schools in Xi’an. The status and main reasons of sun sports in Xi’an high school are investigated, analyzed, researched, to offer references to the further development of the "sunshine sports".Main conclusions:the students’understanding of "national billion student sunshine sports" is relatively low, and they do not know the reason and purpose of sunshine sports; More than half of the schools have not pay enough attention to implement and propaganda the "sunshine sports", and the "sunshine sports leadership organizations have not been established; the launching status of "sunshine sports" is not optimistic:PE lessons have been occupied seriously, the existing space, equipment, faculties cannot meet the need; most parents have lack of recognition of "sunshine sports".Suggestions:increasing propaganda to improve the students’ recognition; strengthening management to complete sports organizations in school; establishing and improve the health records of students physical fitness; more attention to physical education and increasing sports funding. Additionally, this article creates a preliminary idea of first level index of "sunshine sports", but it should be amended and proved.
