Objectives: This paper using surface electromyography, selects the representative action of Yang Tai Chi,such as yemafenzong, rewind, humeral hand.Characteristics of Taijiquan and Taijiquan Exercises for beginners of the waist and abdomen muscle activity test, analysis of high, the difference between the novice group;at the same time, the practice characteristics of Taijiquan exercise abdominal muscle research for many years, the different muscle IEMG value,RMS values are compared to find out the characteristics of each discharge muscles during exercise group, for the future of Taijiquan exercise groups,to provide a scientific basis in the process of Taijiquan selection. Methods: selected from students in tai chi practitioners a total of 20 people, including 10 athletes practicing Taijiquan for beginners,10 athletes, using 16 wireless telemetering EMG testing system and high speed camera test equipment,Yang Tai Chi in yemafenzong, cloud hands, roll back of three typical actions.Using the synchronous software and video to analyze the related indexes, the data were analyzed by IBM SPSS 19.Results:(1)years of practice group yemafenzong action, the discharge of the highest vertical spinalmuscular, followed by the latissimus dorsi muscle, rectus abdominis, the discharge of the lowest external oblique muscles on both sides,so there is no significant difference;and the novice group yemafenzong movement around the latissimus dorsi muscle showed the asymmetry of left and right rectus, there was a significant difference(p<0.05),at the same time, the high beginner group of latissimus dorsi muscle discharge had significant difference(p<0.05).(2)in the process of practicing hand motions, years of practice group discharge is the largest muscle left latissimus dorsi muscle, the discharge of the lowest right externaloblique. The abdominal muscles in the high beginner group showed no significant difference(3)invert brachial action, years of training group around the rectus discharge were in the top row,and the novice group side abdominal muscle discharge at the same time, there is a significant difference between the novice group about the rectus discharge and there is a large gap and there was a significant difference(p<0.05).(4)whether yemafenzong, hand or invert brachial muscle movements, most discharge duration is a beginner in the years of practice group leader.(5)eight muscle experiments selected in both years of training group and novice group, three kinds of movements, the largest amount of discharge is yemafenzong, followed by volume is the minimum amount of the discharge assessment.Research conclusions:(1)for many years practice group horse's mane movement, the most active muscle was erector muscle, followed by latissimus dorsi and rectus abdominis muscle, and the lowest discharge volume was abdominal external oblique muscle.(2)years of training group hand movements, the discharge characteristics of the abdominal muscles are similar, there is no significant difference between each other(3)there is a significant difference between the volume of brachial left rectus abdominis muscle action for beginners.(4)the waist and abdomen muscle discharge beginners to last for a long time, the continued tension in long time, thus, the waist and abdomen force for beginners is not very correct, leading to stiff movements, action is not comfortable. Therefore, beginners need further improvement in body coordination and the ability to control the muscles of the waist.(5)"discharge" different footwork movement waist belly muscle are different, the progress of action "discharge","discharge" minimum cross step. That is,the progressive movements of the lumbar and abdominal muscles are the strongest, and the movements of the lateral and lumbar muscles are the weakest.
