Human’s development is not only a dynamic process of changing,but also a result of systematic education.Family education and school education are decisive factors of developing children,they both undertake a task of promoting the development of human being.Of course,as the two different forms of human’s education,family education and school education has its unique advantage and education characteristics.School education is on behalf of the standardization,and family education is an representative of personalization.As things stand,school education and family education are in the educational process of personal growth,whether in the implementation of standardization of the school education,or personalized guidance aspects of family education,neither of them get good education effect.In fact,family education and school education have same educational objects and objectives,both family education and school education should work together,to build relationship of communication and interaction between the families and schools,actively achieve mutual complementarity and form a efforts ofeducation,so that we can balance the development relationship of standardization and freedom,individuality and commonness,to maximizingly spread the education influence.The essay is organized into four parts.First of all,introduces the cause,purpose and significance of the research.Anymore,it makes a literature review.Secondly,is the body of paper,this part starting with the current situation,dialectical analyses current situation of family education and school education.Affirm their own advantages as well as the problems faced now: In the aspects of family education,there are mainly the decline of the function of family education,the deviation of family educational contents,the impropriety of patterns on family education and parent’s educational qualities still remain to improve.And in the aspects of school education,The key problems include that the school teaching could not give more consideration to students,the standardized system in managing school constrain the student’s free,the traditional teacher-student relationship result in losing of the student’s initiatives and the school examination evaluation system cause student’s one-sided development.And then,it presents a solution or way which aim to the problems that home and school faced now,to build a Two-way communicativeand interactive cooperation mechanism between homes and schools,and perfect the theories and practices of home-school.Finally,try to do some imagination and expectation about common development of family education and school education,realize the trinity of family.school and society,construct the ecological environment of education system,to promote the free and harmonious development of the children at last.
