A Study On The Coordination Theories And Methods For High Educational Sustainable Development System And Their Applications

The sustainable development is an ideal mode produced in the dual background of the world economy's rapidly increase and the great crisis in population, resource and environment. As the embodiment of the basic idea of the sustainable development in higher educational, higher education sustainable development is an important composite of the whole sustainable development strategy. Recently, many domestic and overseas experts have made a lot of work and got much production on the sustainable development problem of industry, agriculture, ecological environment and so on. But, the study on the higher education sustainable development is poor and much previous achievement is qualitative, which can not incarnate the essence of the higher education sustainable development properly.This paper, from the view of system theorem, makes a comprehensive research on the higher education sustainable development with the systems analysis theory and method synthetically, which has great theoretical and applicable meaning. Its main parts show as follow:The whole article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter: Introduction. This chapter introduces the concept of the sustainable development and the basic status of our higher education, and analyzes the ideology of the higher education sustainable development. It also summarizes the basic research status of the higher education sustainable development and finally shows the main content and innovation of the whole paper.The second chapter: the basic theoretic of the higher education sustainable development. This part proposes the basic concept and connotation characteristic of the higher education sustainable development, analyzes the problem of higher education sustainable development systematically and researches on the sustainable harmonic mechanism.The third chapter: the research of the higher education sustainable development system's sustainable degree and harmony model. It makes the stochastic characteristic description of the system's future sustentation, provides the stochastic sustainability concept and a theoretic calculating equation, and uses the Monte Carlo method to simulate it. Based on it, this part researches the quantitative problem of the higher education sustainable development system's sustainability. By the methods of the dynamic model of gray theory, the analysis model ofgray relevancy and the simulation of neural network, this part establishes the harmony agree calculating model of the higher education sustainable development system and makes a quantitative study on this system's harmony.The fourth chapter: the research on the evaluation of higher education and social economical harmony development. This part makes a evaluation indicator system of higher education and social economical harmony development and establishes a DEAHP evaluation model with the AHP restraint cone.The fifth chapter: the demonstration and simulation research. By using the method provided in the paper, this part makes a demonstration research on the higher education sustainable development and provides some of reasonable countermeasure and suggestion.The sixth chapter: Conclusion and prospect. The final part concludes the whole paper and shows the coming research direction.
