With our country ' s foundation education reform and development,the effectiveness of classroom teaching has been the focus of attention,and the teachers' classroom evaluation language are throughout the classroom teaching.Promoting primary Chinese teachers' classroom evaluation language has very important significance for faciliting students' physical and mental development,improving teachers ' professional ability and quality,and cultivating education workers 'management ability.Some Chinese teacher ' s classroom evaluation language makes people feel like a spring breeze,but others' are so boring.It has a lot to do with teacher's own professional quality and school's cultivation of evaluation language.This research adopts the methods of case study,classroom observation,interview.This is based on in-class lectures of three elementary Chinese teachers of A school during author's educational practice,and emphatically observed and recorded their classroom evaluation language.By analyzing essential features of classroom evaluation language of the three primary Chinese teachers,and discussing existing problems and reasons.This research just hope to provide reference for improvement of primary Chinese teachers' classroom evaluation language.The study found that there are many problems of this three primary Chinese teachers' classroom evaluation language,such as lack of pertinence,emotionality,Chinese discipline characteristic and others.This research analyse the causes of these problems from the perspective of teachers.There are mainly about teacher owe thinking when they prepare lessons and lack of reflection after class.It's also covers teacher's teaching evaluation wit and emotion management ability are poor.The author put porward some optimizing strategies through interviews,consult literature and personal intership experiences.On teachers' evaluation concept,primary Chinese teachers should build the new curriculum evaluation concept,establish the ideal of ‘evaluate students in accordance of their aptitude',and close to the Chinese discipline characteristic.In the aspect of teacher'personal quality,primary Chinese teachers should frequently rethinking and summarize,reading and expression,promote own mental literacy.In terms of school,should carry out some training activities about classroom evaluation language,encourage Chinese teachers autonomic to learn and communicateabout it.
