Study On The Present Situation And Path Of Hiking Organization In Huaibei

Hiking is an emerging leisure sport,with low carbon environmental protection,low threshold of entry,high safety,which has a good mass base and is developing very rapidly.The rapid development of hiking promotes the rapid growth and development of hiking organizations.Meanwhile,the rapid development of network sports organizations and the popularity of the Internet,further accelerate the pace of the expansion of hiking organizations,and its development in a more diversified form.Certainly,any sport which has been developed to a certain scale,will need to have the appropriate institution or organization operation command,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development,hiking is no exception.Huaibei hiking has developed rapidly and has an important exemplary role and value in the national fitness program.However,due to the relatively late development,the relative system and management are not well established,there are some important problems and contradictions,which restrict the healthy development of foot sports.Therefore,the investigation of the development of the hiking in Huaibei city and sum up the main problems and contradictions of its existence,to promote the hiking in Huaibei toward the scientific,healthy and rapid development,which not only has theoretical significance,development,but also practical value.We investigated the Huaibei city hiking organization through literature,interviews,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,research results show that:(1)the main purpose of Huaibei city hiking organization is to better serve the hiking group.The major problem of hiking organization include: do not have management office sites,mainly rely on the Internet for liaison.The scale of the hiking organization is basically small,which lack social sports instructors.(2)The head of the hiking organization is mainly male,and the majority of the population is 46-55 years old.The education background is mainly in college or higher,and the staff of enterprises and institutions.The gender of the members is not very different.The majority of the members are between the age of 46-55,and the educational background is mainly concentrated in the junior college and undergraduate.The work is diversified in nature and the income is in good condition.(3)Huaibei city walking organization funding channels is relatively simple,mainly rely on the participation in the activities of members of AA charge.The whereabouts of the funds include expenditure on activities and donations.The transparency of the budget is low.(4)The activities of hiking organization in Huaibei are mainly based on the daily fixed time and route hiking activities.The activity time is mainly controlled in about 90 minutes,and the motivation of members participating in the activities is diversified.(5)The rules,regulations and activities of the Huaibei hiking organization are mainly formulated by the administrators,and the members are less involved.Generally,the regulations and regulations are not perfect,the implementation is poor and some of the members of the hiking organization are dissatisfied with the effect of the activities,regulations and administrators.The government's support and management need to be strengthened.(6)Huaibei hikingorganization has the characteristics of spontaneity,autonomy,non-profit,looseness and non-professionalism.The main problems existing in the development are as follows:imperfect laws,regulations and management mechanism,single source of funds,lack of social sports instructors,and weak supervision by government departments.In view of the existing problems,the development paths and strategies for the Huaibei hiking organizations are as follows:(1)The government and management departments should introduce management measures and regulations for hiking organizations,and carry out moderate supervision over the hiking organizations.(2)Both the government and the hiking organizations should speed up the pace of organization and construction of hiking,and establish a sound operation and management mechanism.(3)The hiking organizations should broaden their sources of funding,make full use of their own advantages in public participation,and attract funds from all sectors of society.(4)The relevant government departments should strengthen the training of social sports instructors to correctly guide the public to take part in the hiking activities and gradually regulate the management of the hiking organizations.(5)The government departments should make efficient management of hiking organizations,and promote more positive effects of hiking organizations.I hope the sustainable and healthy development of Huaibei city hiking organization play a guiding role,and promote the rapid development of Huaibei city,which not only promote the national fitness in Huaibei to get faster and better development,but also provide a reference for the related research organizations in China.
