The features of teachers decides that the sense of happiness of teachers is very important for it will benefit students. The sense of happiness of teacher is not only related with teachers themselves but also students. In order to have a better understanding of relations between teachers' locus of control and subjective well-being. The study mainly rely on questionnaires while interview as subsidiary to explore the present situation of locus of control and subjective well-being of 226 high school teachers. Based on which relations between the locus of control and subjective well-being will be discussed and differences in gender, school property, education, teaching age, monthly average income will be explored. Conclusions can be drawn from studies: (1) most high school teachers are of internal control; (2) high school teachers' subjective well-being overall level is in good condition; (3) the source of the internal control type and high school teachers' psychological control appears extremely significant positive correlation between subjective well-being; Powerful others and chance dimension and subjective well-being has significant negative correlation; The internal control, powerful can be used to predict the subjective well-being of others; (4) male and female teachers in the locus of control powerful others and chance dimensions have significant difference, and compared with female teachers male teachers tend to believe people, the opportunities can control and influence the outcome of his own life experiences and events; (5) the nature of the school in the psychological control the source of the internal control dimensions has significant difference, compared with public school teachers, private school teachers are more inclined to internal control type, and the happiness experienced by teachers is also higher. (6)the subjective well-being of high school teachers in 6?20 years of teaching experiences is significantly greater than over 21 years of high school teaching experiences; (7) differences of subjective well-being in different month average income do exist , but does not reach significant level.
