The reliability analysis based on the degradation data plays an important role in the reliability analysis of the product.Reliability evaluation of traditional life is the failure time of products as the basis,however,with the improvement of product quality,high reliability and long life products gradually into people's lives,in order to detect the quality of the products need to test the test,in the limited time to collect the product failure data is difficult.Under the condition of little failure or even zero failure,the traditional method of life reliability analysis can not meet the actual needs.From the point of view of degradation quantity,the reliability of product life is analyzed,and the problem of no failure data is avoided and the unnecessary waste of materials is reduced.Therefore,it is effective to analyze the reliability of the product from the point of view of degradation.The actual performance of the product in the degradation is often affected by the key performance parameters of single function products in the whole process of degradation,affected by many factors from outside,if a moment observation analysis of degradation products independently,may lead to wrong results.Based on the mechanism of product degradation,the degradation of the product can be analyzed by the Weibull process,and the degradation law can be analyzed on the whole.The reliability function of product life is obtained from the test data,and the reliability function of the product at any time can be accurately introduced.There is a correlation between the degradation of some products before and after,i.e.,the degradation at the next moment of the product is related to the degradation at the previous moment.In view of the degradation characteristics of the product,the Copula function is used to fit the joint distribution function of the degradation amount of the product before and after the product,and the life reliability of the product at any time is derived.At the end of the chapter,the simulation data of the product degradation at each time are generated by R software,and two different results of product reliability under the single critical performance parameters are obtained.In product degradation test,competition failure is the result of sudden failure and degradation failure.Whether the failure data is related to the magnitude of the degradation depends on reasonable identification.To evaluate the reliability of a product in a competitive failure mode,the relationship between burst failure and degradation failure should be analyzed first.According to the chart analysis of the experimental data or the hypothesis of the relationship between them,there is a certain subjectivity and lack of theoretical basis.In this chapter,the stability of the failure data is tested at first.The linear model of the degradation and failure data is established under the non-stationary condition of the failure data,and the correlation between the burst failure and the degradation quantity is reasonably distinguished.At the end of the chapter,the simulation data of product degradation and burst failure are generated by R software,and the linear relationship between the product degradation and the burst failure data is obtained.Identify the correlation between data degradation data and failure,degradation of the common two kinds of operating modes on the basis of product performance,affect the performance characteristics of 1 products,the key performance parameters of the individual;affect the performance characteristics of 2 products,two key performance parameters of mutual interference;in such condition,according to the actual need to make corresponding this hypothesis,the degradation process with Wiener process and Gamma process of fitting the two parameters,using the Copula function to describe the relationship between quantity and product degradation failure,launch at any time the life of the product reliability function.At the end of the chapter,the degradation of the simulation data through the key performance parameters are generated by R software,the reliability function is established under the condition of product and reliability calculation under specified time products,verify the feasibility of the model.
