Considering the component correlation failure of two-terminal binary network system, the cofactor algorithm and the improved Binary Decision Diaram(BDD)algorithm are introduced to find the disjoint arc sequence. The reliability of the system is the sum of the reliability of each arc sequence.Considering the influence of correlation interference between arc sequences, the reliability model of two-terminal network system under correlation interference is established by means of Copula function and differential operation. When evaluating the unreliable situation of nodes, the nodes are regarded as arcs, and the corresponding statistical modeling is carried out to simplify the calculation. In this paper, the reliability of two-terminal multi-state network system is evaluated by combining state space decomposition theory and Copula theory under component dependency failure. The shortest path maximum flow algorithm is improved from the perspective of the minimum road set.The component flow lower bound theory is used to quickly find out the system state where the system flow is just the demand flow. The efficiency of the state space of the split system is improved. The Copula theory is used to effectively realize the system reliability considering continuous state and improve the application scope of the state space decomposition method. In the reliability modeling and evaluation of k-terminal binary network system, the set of minimal paths of each target node is calculated by using the cofactor matrix, and all k-trees of the system are calculated by using the product of these sets and the disjunctive operation rules.Combining with BDD algorithm, all k-trees are disjointed, and Copula theory is used to calculate the reliability of the system under component correlation failure. This algorithm is more efficient and concise than the traditional Binary Decision Diaram algorithm. In the reliability modeling and evaluation of kterminal multi-state network system, all minimal path sets are calculated by using the cofactor matrix.Combining with the TMSDA algorithm used in the two-terminal multistate network system, the reliability model of k-terminal multi-state network under component dependency failure is obtained. The model can be applied to the case where component states are discrete and continuous.
