Oral test is also called "oral examination".As a new type of evaluation initiated by the state,oral test is a non-paper and pen test.Mathematical oral test refers to the mathematics course teaching,teachers and students through the "one to one" approach,the teacher on-site test students to understand the problem,analysis,answers,etc.Mathematical oral test can not only examine the students' knowledge and skills to master the use of the situation,a comprehensive insight into the students thinking process,but also to diagnose the level of students to solve the problem and hands-on ability to communicate and communicate with personality and creativity.The majors are mainly based on the "oral test ",which is clearly stated in the evaluation of the full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011 edition),and the "open question,activity report and follow-up interview" in mathematics teaching.In recent years,due to the math oral test can make up for the lack of pen and paper test,the effective measurement of students' thinking process,in line with the core literacy-based evaluation concept,and widespread concern.In China,there are few researches on the mathematical oral test,which are only limited to the practical operation,which is not only the lack of the investigation and research on the status of the teacher's oral interview,but also the lack of systematic research on the practice of mathematics oral test.The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of primary school teachers' assessment of oral tests(to better evaluate the core competencies in the future).In the N school,the N-level study was conducted in the N-level for 5 months to prepare the questionnaire for the examination of the oral test of the primary school teachers,and the questionnaire survey was carried out in the N school,and then revised the questionnaire to improve the questionnaire;then choose not yet implemented the oral test of the J province D school 15 primary school mathematics teachers to investigate,and random selection of six schools of 92 primary school mathematics teachers to investigate,and use SPSS 21.0 survey results data classification statistics with the analysis,and the education experts,teaching-researchers and primary school teachers were interviewed.Finally,some suggestions on how to improve the status of math oral test are put forward by analyzing the main factors that affect the teachers' oral test.The result of the research shows as followed:1.Findings:(1)According to the standard of 5 points(5 points for the highest score,1 is divided into the lowest points),the school system and the continuous implementation of the math oral examination of N school teachers on the oral examination of the average score of up to4.2742,and has not yet implemented math oral Of the D school teachers interviewed the number of oral examination of the average reached 3.3828,randomly selected six schools of primary school teachers on the oral examination of the recognition of the average reached3.364.(2)Through the differences between N teachers and D teachers,the differences between the respondents in the two schools were significantly different(P = 0.00 <0.05,Has reached a significant level of 0.05),the average difference between the value of 0.89140,N school teachers interviewed the oral test of the situation is significantly better than the D school teachers.(3)Through the analysis of the differences between the N teachers and the D teachers,the differences between the interviewed teachers in the two schools are not related to whether the school has fully implemented the math oral test,however,the interviewed teachers for the actual use of the math of the oral test of the perception,as well as the mathematical skills of the interview system,and the school is fully related to the implementation of oral test is closely related to that is,the math oral test is a relatively high technical content of the evaluation technology,must be specialized training,guidance,can be implemented.(4)Through the random selection of 92 primary school teachers on differences there are differences.(P = 0.002 <0.05).The teachers who were interviewed by the math test were more likely to agree with the math oral test than those who didn't use the math test.2.Analysis of attribution of findings:In this paper,we found that the evaluation of the value of math oral test and the evaluation of the cost effectiveness of math oral test directly affected the attitude of the interviewed teachers to the oral test of the subjects.The teachers' and the external support of the math oral test indirectly affect the behavioral intention of the interviewed teachers on the math oral test.The accreditation of the teachers on the math oral test depends on the teacher's evaluation ability.The teachers' acceptance of the math oral test is also affected by the students the lack of special training in math oral test is an important factor affecting the status of interviewed teachers on the status of math oral test;the scientific nature of the math test questions and the memorability of their evaluation standards,the greater impact of the interview;primary school teachers on the oral examination of mathematics,by the teacher time and energy constraints.3.To enhance primary school teachers on the status of oral test of a number of suggestion:First,we must pay attention to the primary school teachers on the evaluation of the ability of mathematics to enhance the effective.Secondly,to primary school mathematics classroom teaching as the focal point,comprehensive training,to enhance students' mathematical expression.Third,follow the trend of the reform of the core literacy evaluation,the mathematical test of the normalization,serialization.Only in a school full of math oral test,to better break into the overall effect of primary school mathematics oral test.Fourthly,the establishment of a comprehensive quality evaluation team of students,to build a scientific evaluation system of mathematics oral test the formation of the corresponding oral test questions and implementation of the system for primary school mathematics teachers to implement mathematical oral test to provide resources and technical support.Finally,optimize the teacher training system at all levels,the mathematics oral evaluation technology into the primary school mathematics teacher training content.
