The Men's 1000 M Speed Skating Performance Prediction Model Is Built

Research purposes: this study based on the mathematical statistics method of multiple linear regression and BP neural network method to predict the men's 1000 m speed skating special achievements,to verify the two methods in the prediction of the men's 1000 m speed skating results that more accurate;Multiple linear regression equation and the establishment of the BP neural network prediction model can lay theoretical basis for the coaches scientific training at the same time,the objective evaluation to the current athletes physical quality level and the level of every index,make its lack of the athletes and coaches can clear,at the same time to predict performance,control the training process to provide objective testing method.Methods: the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,the BP neural network.Research results: through the above research methods affect the men's 1000 m speed skating performance index screening,finally determine the X1 represents the number of 1 min rapid lateral imitation,X2 represents the vital capacity/body weight,the X3 is scarf + ankle(knee)/height,X4 standing long jump is sensitive to the four main factors.Depend on the four factors of the sensitive data and special performance data to multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.446 X1-X2 0.895 X3 3.288 0.095 for 4 X4 + 136.142 and the input layer neurons,and output layer neurons from 1,implied to 1 layer and hidden layer nodes for 13 BP neural network model.Research conclusion:(1)through the prediction model is found that the men's 1000 m speed skating and vital capacity/body weight,scarf + ankle(knee),vital capacity/weight/height and standing long jump are inversely proportional to,namely when the greater the above four,1000 m speed skating time will elapse for the less,the better the performance,the more talented athletes.(2)by comparing the multiple linear regression equation and BP neural network model for the men's 1000 m speed skating special grades to predict,found in the prediction of the men's 1000 m speed skating results BP neural network is more precise,economic and effective.
