In today's society,with the development of society and the people's ideological change,the idea gradually change to the health concept from the material one,and with the growing demand for exercise,our state pays more and more attention to sports,especially in the investment in the construction of large venues.The data shows that most of the sports industries are inextricably linked with the large venues.It is the basis for the gradual growth of the sports industry.However,the number and quality of sports venues have a direct impact on the material basis of people's participation in sports activities.On the one hand,the people's thinking has changed and the use of sports venues is very concerned.On the other hand,the construction of sports venues can promote the development of sports.Thus,it can further promote the development of urban economy and to improve people's living standards.Yantai City,the fifth and sixth national sports venues census data found that in recent years,Yantai City,a large stadium construction is very rapid,including Stadium of Yantai City,Gymnasium of Yantai City,Yantai City,Zhifu District People's Stadium,Zhaoyuan Sports Center stadium,etc.,large-scale venues are located in various areas of Yantai City.The establishment of large venues at first in addition to the establishment of the tournament is more to serve the people,but the venue of the late normal operation and management is a very important issue.This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of the operation and management of large-scale stadiums in Yantai by means of literature methods,questionnaire methods,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to explore a series of problems in the operation and management of large-scale sports venues in Yantai.The results show that there are many problems in the operation of the large-scale stadiums in Yantai,and the management mode is relatively simple.The operation scale of the large-scale stadiums is relatively independent.The management level is not high so that the development is restricted.The financing channels are monotonous.Financing channels are relatively monotonous,thus the regular funding from government and higher departments becomes an important channel.Related professional talent is relatively deficient,especially the lack of market developmentvenues staff..Low innovation and intangible assets are relatively backward,especially for the naming rights and long-term advertising innovation and development.Besides,the sports venues within the service level are not high and so on.On the basis of this,the following development suggestions are put forward for a series of problems in the operation and management of Yantai market : the reform of the management mechanism of the stadium,the annihilation system and the mechanism of innovation.The stadium should proceed with the actual situation,plan and perfect the construction,improve the talent mechanism and the introduction of talent.It should also broaden the financing channels to enhance the introduction of funds,to strengthen the development of intangible assets of sports venues,to improve service levels and attract customers.The purpose is to fully promote the major venues in Yantai to achieve its public welfare,and promote the integration with the business,to take the road of sustainable development put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
