Research On The Management Of Large-scale Sports Stadiums In Chengdu Based On The Perspective Of PPP

Large-scale stadium are the material basis of competitive sports and an important carrier for the development of sports industry in China.Large construction investment in the earlier stage,high operating costs in later period and slow cost recovery of large-scale stadium make it extremely easy for large-scale stadium to fall into the difficult situation of operation,which is also a worldwide difficulty for the large-scale stadium management.There is still a considerable gap between the current progress of Chengdu's stadium and the expectations of the citizens and the requirements of building a strong sports city.For a long period of time,the growing sports demand of the citizens and lack of stadium resources have been one of the main factors restricting the development of sports in Chengdu.However,on the one hand,the large-scale stadium in Chengdu is insufficient in terms of quantity.On the other hand,there are a large number of idle resources in large-scale stadium and the management model lacks innovation.These two aspects are not only the problems that large-scale stadium face in management,but also a prevalent phenomenon in China's large-scale stadium in management.Therefore,the innovation of operation and management model of large-scale stadium is an important issue for governments at all levels to solve.This paper studies the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium through literature,field investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis.It tries to study the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium from the perspective of PPP to explore a suitable way for the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium,which provides a theoretical reference significance and practical guidance value for Chengdu's large-scale stadium to choose a suitable operation and management mode.This paper takes the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium as the study object and analyzes of the status quo of the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium.And this paper discusses the problems and influencing factors of the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium,and draws successful experience from the application of PPP mode in large-scale stadium at home and abroad.The paper analyzes the application of PPP mode in Chengdu's large-scale stadium and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of applying the PPP mode in Chengdu's large-scale stadium from the aspects of government construction,system construction and project construction.The results show that:(1)The government plays an important role in the operation and management of large-scale stadium.It is the responsibility and obligation of the government to make great achievements in the operation and management of large-scale stadium in Chengdu.(2)PPP mode is the necessary choice to explore the suitable way for the operation and management of Chengdu's large-scale stadium.(3)The large-scale stadium in Chengdu adopt the PPP mode and need reforming management mode.The paper puts forward the formulation principle and content framework of the application of PPP mode in Chengdu large-scale stadium combined with the particular case of Chengdu.(4)It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of the application of PPP mode in Chengdu large-scale stadium,hoping to provide a theoretical reference for the innovation of operation and management mode of Chengdu's large-scale stadium.
