Civil society is a basic feature of modern society,it is the inevitable outcome of human social development.It can be said that a mature citizen consciousness is an important index to judge whether it is a modern society.Now,in the period of the rise of the Chinese nation,citizen consciousness is necessary for the realization of the "China dream",thus it is particularly important to implement citizenship education at this time.High school students(15-18)is in the early youth.At this age,they prepare to enter into society and their feelings are profound and warm,they are not only concerned about their surrounding changes but the domestic and foreign affairs.Patriotism emotion,collectivist aspirations and sense of responsibility are in rapid development,so it is the golden age of promoting citizenship education.In the near future,they are the backbone of society,the level of their citizen consciousness can be said to represent the national level,so the special age stage determines the importance of the implementation of civic education.In this sense,this paper takes the civil consciousness of high school education and training as a topic,and takes NO.3 High School in Yantai for example.The main content of this article is divided into four aspects: the first chapter is about the citizens,civic education and civic awareness of some basic concepts,such as civil consciousness in the discrimination on the basis of these concepts,based on the analysis of these concepts,put forward to focus on the basic view of citizen awareness of high school students.The second chapter is about the education of civic consciousness of senior high school students.Firstly,this paper puts forward five basic principles of citizen education of high school students,like the principle of system,timeline,continuity,subjectivity and practicality.Secondly,this paper introduces the content of the civic consciousness training for high school students.On the basis of clarifying the basic concepts,this paper puts forward several important contents of civic consciousness education of senior high school students.The first two chapters are theoretical base of citizenship education,the first part in the third chapter centres on a specific case study carried out in Yantai NO.3 High School.And successfully implementing civic consciousness education must alwaysgrasp the following two points: first,the target should be right,not be in doubt,must be scientific and firm,only in this way,motivation will burst continuously.Second,means should be reasonable.Simultaneously,this article is committed to the above two points and discuss the civil consciousness of high school education with an example of investigation in a middle school in Yantai.The first part in this chapter is a status survey using questionnaire,and ultimately a clearer judgment formed on the situatin of citizen consciousness education in Yantai NO.3 High School.The second part is the analysis of influence from the society,school and family.Three factors are analyzed and explained in detail which all play a very important role.In the social environment factors,the role of the network is highlighted.In the factors of the school,the influence of the campus learning ecology is emphasized.In the family factors,mainly considering the influence of parents.On the basis of the above three chapters,the fourth chapter puts forward the concrete solution.Through the questionnaire survey,we can ascertain the main factors affecting the cultivation of citizen consciousness of high school students come from three aspcets:school environment,family environment and social environment.Therefore,to enhance students civic awareness level,we must start in these three aspects and combine the three aspects.On this basis,the author puts forward the concrete methods of the citizen consciousness education of high school students,they are the value clarification method,the recessive education method and the life experience method.Of course,these methods are not universal,but for high school students very targeted and effective.Finally,this paper argues that China's society will inevitably shift from severalthousand-year thick history to the modern civil society,in the process,high school students is the country's force in the near future,thus,implementation of the effective citizenship education for them is a great career which advances for the present ages,and benefits for future.
