In today's fast-paced society development and severe competition pressure,mental health problems have aroused the attention of social groups,social fear as one of the three mental health problems,whether it is caused by the development of the individual or the family or society's negative influence is great.Studies have shown that the generation of social phobia in children and adolescents in the proportion is much higher than other age groups,but people often pay attention to adult social anxiety problems,but not from fear of social causes,namely children period.In the current children education utilitarian prevailing society,focus on family education,intellectual development,and ignore the children's psychological health and personality development of the phenomenon is quite common in childhood,produce social phobia behavior tendency could easily be mistaken for parents nature timid,introverted,shy and ignore the problem.Therefore,it is necessary to intervene and explore the problem of children's social phobia.In view of the special nature of childhood physical and psychological aspects of personality,the new ideas in the research and treatment of social phobia,explores the theory and practice of the effective case for a typical social phobia in children.Based on the previous theory of cognitive behavior,the author analysis based on the theory of ecological system "in the context of the theory analysis and practice framework to build the children's social anxiety problems,formulate relevant professional service targets and plan according to the actual situation in the case of the main.In practice the specific process,the cognitive behavioral therapy mode and social psychological model and the two modes are useful to combine the case from main personal and social environment is the client of direct and indirect intervention.The main change in case of unfavorable factors exist in the environment,at the same time using the methods and techniques of no structure interview,scene simulation,cognitive restructuring,learning behavior and other professional help clients get rid of socialpsychological fear,to restore and improve the case of the main social ability and skills.In the last part of the article,the author summarizes the application of the theory and the significance of the practical exploration,and the related recommendations.
