With the rapid development of economy and society, people are faced with increasing pressure from work. More and more parents make their children brought up by the grandparents in order to reduce the pressure form life and work, which forms an inter-generational education mode. The inter-generational education has reduced the pressure of the parents, but meanwhile it has also made many negative influences. The negative character of children is caused by the old educational concept, inappropriate educational method, inadequate communication mode, excessive dotage and so on. Children become impaired social interaction, autism, depression and many other problems because of inter-generational education. The above problems become severe and attract the public increasingly. The present researches on inter-generational education family mainly focus on the advantages, disadvantages and reasons. However, few researches are concentrated on how to help children with negative characters because of inter-generational education to get out of the dilemma with professional methods.Through applying social work theory and professional methods, the research gets involved in the case study on the impaired social interaction children because of the inter-generational education, combining strengthen perspective theory, social support theory, family therapy mode and people to carry out professional intervening service in different situations. The research makes effective intervention of impaired social interaction caused by inter-generational education via picking cases, estimating, planning, intervening, assessing and resolving. Meanwhile, the research helps the service objects change the impaired social interaction and develop rational behaviors.Through the interference research process, the research makes the professional assessment and reflection, utilizing professional social work methods and theories to help family members develop right educational concept, change educational mode and grow rational educational behaviors.
