With the accelerating process of urbanization and the educational impact of the concept of "Heavy wisdom light body",the development of children's physical fitness in China has been greatly reduced.According to the "National Physical Fitness Monitoring Report" and research data of many scholars in recent years,the development of children upper body strength in China has shown a downward trend.In order to improve this situation and improve the scientific quality of kindergarten sports activities,this study puts forward a series of promotion basis by analyzing and summing up the activity content,activity load,and activity organization of the upper class children's upper body strength improvement,and then selects the large class.The 5-6-year-old children carried out three-month experimental interventions for the experimental subjects and verified their effectiveness in practice.The findings are as follows:(1)The basic movements of young children's upper limbs are the core activities for improving the upper-limb strength of large children.There are six basic movements:grasping,pushing,pulling,slamming,throwing,battering,and crawling.Pushing,throwing,crawling,and slamming are the main exercises.Grip and bounce are the auxiliary exercises.In concrete sports activities,referring to the theory of action elements and designing combinations of difficulty changes in movements is an effective way to scientifically and effectively increase the difficulty of the exercises.(2)The way to adjust the activity load includes improving the difficulty of practicing exercises,changing the exercise intensity and combining exercises with other movements.(3)Pay attention to the overall development between different muscle groups,with the exercise of the left and right upper limb muscles as the main,the exercise of the core muscle group as the secondary,and the development of the lower limb muscles.(4)Children in large classes pay more attention to the cooperation activities oftheir peers and groups.The grouping of personnel should ensure that each group has equal exercise capacity.The specific operation method for improving the upper body strength of large class children should be based on the specific operation methods of the step-by-step practice method and the repetition practice method.The operation method of the conversion exercise is supplemented by the exercise form of the sports game.The arrangement of environmental factors,such as the choice of equipment for practicing activities and the size of the venue,should be adapted to local conditions and be flexibly replaced.
