In the process of building a lifelong education system and building a learning society,community education is playing an increasing important role as an important component of lifelong education.The existence of community teachers is the main and necessary condition for the development of community education.The community education teacher is the main part of community education,and the development of community education depends on the high quality and professional community education teachers.Therefore,the research on the construction of the education teachers in the community is great significance.At present,the academic research on community education teachers is still very few,and the regional is distinct,it mainly concentrated in the eastern developed areas,while the study of the western cities is still very scarce.Although the community education in Chengdu has developed a lot in recent years,due to some historical reasons,there are still many problems in the development of the community education teachers.According to the "Chengdu city community education teachers",analyzing the current situation of the development of community education in Chengdu city teachers,put forward effective measures to promote the construction of community education teachers.The study enriches the theory of community education,but also provides guidance to the practice of construction of Teachers Community education.In this paper,literature,questionnaire and interview methods are used to analyze the overall development of community education teachers in Chengdu.On the basis of Chengdu city community education teachers status of multi dimension analysis,summed up the teachers problem of teacher shortage,gender imbalance,Highly flowability,low educational level,the teacher's professional quality is not high,low benefits,evaluation system is not perfect,the training system is not perfect etc.Based on the comprehensive use of the theory of teachers' professional development and adult education theory,the reasons of the above problems are sorted out.And from the introduction of community education guarantee the interests of teachers,improve the legal community education teachers' social identity,training professional personnel,engaged in the work of community education,improve the community education teachers' professional quality,improve the community education teachers' economic treatment,improve the community education management system,enrich the community education teacher evaluation mechanism,strengthen the community education teacher training etc.Put forward effective measures for community education teachers team construction.
