View current stage of compulsory education is gradually narrowing the urban-rural gap, in particular Zhongxiao Xue hardware with the help of national policy has been gradually improved and updated, but for now, quality of teachers is still troubled by the development of rural compulsory education, teachers flow phenomena has attracted the attention of all sectors of society, has become the focus of urban and rural education and difficult. Therefore, this article on the basis of previous research, select, and in the district of Chengdu city, zhongjiang city to conduct research, to find the flow of compulsory education teacher factors.This article is in the master and use the existing system theory and education theory, such as the system equilibrium theory, the balanced development of basic education based on the theory of resources from urban and rural education teacher point of view, the theory summarized above and integration, innovative ideas to solve the problem, sought to solve the problem of teaching staff rural and urban areas have theoretical breakthroughs.
