The Researches On Townsman Community Participation Behavior And Its Method Of Chengdu City

The city community system has developed in recent years in our China, and in it' selementary explore phases, so lots of problems need research and solve both in theory and practice. The community construction actually roots in townsman participation, however, it is faced with the foremost problem just is devoid of the efficiency townsman participation, so this certainly will effect the further development of city grass roots democracy constructing-project. The thesis is used both theoretical approach and fieldwork approach, and its subject is placed in the townsman participation behavior and its method, with the hope of doing an in-depth study in community participation, to find and analyze the issues and shortages in the community building process at present, and put forward to some beneficial advices and constructive suggestions.Thesis' introduction is on the point of view on reinforcing grass roots democracy construction in our country, and introduces city grass roots self-government organization development course and the practice and exploring of city community construction, and expatiates on the thesis' study subject, method and meaning with the question "what' re the issues and shortages when townsman participate in the community building process at present?" . Then introduces the theory background and knowledge, and collects the literature, combines with the fieldwork in the five city zones in Chengdu city, and then uses the SPSS soft to go along the description analysis, correlation analysis and discrepancy analysis, and concludes the reasons from these results. These reasons are: community resident committee administrational liability is serious; tradition conception' s influence is considered inversing; main participant is imbalance; participant channel is distemper-ed. Finally, thesis aims at the problems from these results, expatiates on the suggestion, method in intensifying consciousness of community main participant, enhancing the managing and operational level of community self-government organization and deepening instruction function of community self-government by the government, and the direction of next step are indicated.
