A Study On Leisure Perception And Leisure Behavior Of College Students In Shanghai

With the development of China's economy,people's leisure time gradually increased,and for college students,leisure has become an essential part of college life.How to arrange leisure time,how to choose a series of leisure activities and other issues have become the focus of attention of scholars.Students as the national and national hope and the future,their leisure style is healthy,the impact of leisure obstruction is greater,how they accept the status of leisure education,will affect their ideology,moral cultivation,behavioral habits,psychological quality and other quality form.This article summarized the domestic and foreign related research results and field investigation in Shanghai universities.By referring to foreign research questionnaires,consulted the literature and interviewed the preliminary questionnaire of "Shanghai college students' leisure perception and leisure behavior research".The questionnaire was used to carry out the reliability test,and eventually form the Shanghai collegestudents' awareness and recreational behavior scale,contains five parts.The scale included college students' leisure perception,leisure activities participation,leisure obstruction,leisure education and demographic variables.The ideal scale internal consistency reliability,It can be used as the Shanghai college students' awareness and recreational behavior questionnaire survey tool.Through the online survey of 39 universities in Shanghai,this paper makes a series of quantitative analysis on the empirical survey data,analyzes the relevant theories of leisure perception and leisure behavior of college students,analyzes the different background of Shanghai college students in leisure perception and leisure behavior.To study the relationship between leisure awareness and leisure activities of Shanghai college students,leisure barriers,leisure education and demographic variables.This research use Spss 21.0 Statistics for data analysis,including the analysis of the following methods: reliability test,frequency analysis,analysis of variance,factor analysis,multivariate analysis of variance,T-test,multiple linear analysis,chi-square,Pearson correlation analysis and other quantitative statistical methods.The main results of the research: 1)The Shanghai college students think that the role of leisure in their life is "important";"Leisure" is often conceptualized as "stress" or "relax".2)Female college students in Shanghai more often to participate in social and leisure,hobbies and art activities,education development class activities.Male college students,however,more often than female college students to participate in games,sports activities.3)When the college students participate in leisure activities,they are more likely to be structural resistance,rather than personal inner obstruct or interpersonal obstacles.4)Slightly less than half of the students think their school offers a course about leisure education,and they provide leisure education for school is a small amount of satisfied;About Shanghai college students,the urgent need for the contents of leisure education,learning "decision" is the most urgently needed,followed by awareness of "leisure","consultation" and "skills/resources".5)Gender variables and leisure perception,the types of leisure activities,leisure and leisure education content.This paper carefully studies the Shanghai college students' leisure perception and leisure behavior,enrich the theory of related research,as well as the leisure education and mental health development of college students play a reference and enlightenment function.
