| As for the new teachers,the primary job is teaching.At the same time,they must be faced with the problem of teaching adaptation.Due to the difference of new teachers’ of junior middle school of knowledge quality and cultural level,there are different kinds of the problems of teaching adaptation.Therefore,we must find the problems of teaching adaptation analyze the reasons of problems and propose the suggestion.In this paper,through the questionnaire survey and interviews,we found th at new teachers of junior middle school in Y city of X province can adapt to different teaching links,but there are still some problems which cannot be ignored.In particular,there are some problems to be solved,such as the difficulty of teaching,the u se of teaching methods,the enthusiasm of the students,and the handling of the incident.In addition,the author analyzes the reasons of the problems and the solutions to the problems from the aspects of teachers’ knowledge accomplishment,school management and college training.This paper is made up of five parts.The first part is the preface.It is about the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of this paper,the domestic and foreign research review and the definition of the concept.The second part is mainly about the design and process of the research,including the investigation object and the investigation method.The third part is about the result of the investigation.According to the results of the questionnaire and interviews,we find that there are some problems for the teachers of the junior middle school in the process of teaching.The fourth part mainly analyzes the cause of the teaching adaptation problem.The fifth part put forward the suggestions and strategies of teaching adaptation for the new teachers of junior middle school.The sixth part is about the conclusion of this study. |
