Education is the foundation of a long-term plan.The popularization of education and the quality of education will directly affect our country's international reputation,economic development and the quality of workers.With the rapid development of our economy and society,the importance of education is increasingly reflected.The demand for teachers in our country is increasing gradually,and a large number of primary teachers are recruited every year.Although the first teachers have strengthened the faculty,there are still many problems in the process of work due to the lack of experience.It is of great significance to pay attention to the professional adaptation of the primary teachers and help them adapt to the life of teachers as soon as possible.This study combs the relevant literature,mainly through questionnaire survey,supplemented by teacher interviews,from the four dimensions of professional ability adaptation,professional psychological adaptation,professional interpersonal relationship adaptation and professional environment adaptation,makes a survey of 131 beginning teachers in 10 primary and secondary schools in a county of Shandong Province.First,the lack of professional ability.It is mainly manifested in: lack of subject knowledge;The ability of educational research is weak;The teaching method is mechanical and single;Lack of educational wit.Second,improper adjustment of professional psychology.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: obstacle of role conversion;Lack of professional belief.Third,the professional interpersonal relationship is not harmonious.The main manifestations are: poor communication with leaders;It is difficult to gain the trust of parents.Fourth,inadequate adaptation to the occupational environment.The main performance is:the work task is heavy,the pressure is big;It's hard to build a sense of belonging without being taken seriously.According to the data collected by questionnaire and interview,the reasons for the lack of professional adaptation of the primary teachers are found to be as follows: first,the primary teachers themselves: lack of professional ability;Deviation of career motivation;Lack of communication skills.Second,the school support: the system of induction training is not perfect;The assessment system is not perfect and the division of labor is unreasonable.Third,the pre job school training: the curriculum is not perfect;The education practice is not in-depth.In view of the problems existing in the vocational adaptation of the primary teachers,the following suggestions are put forward from the following aspects:teachers themselves,entering the vocational schools and pre job training.Teachers themselves: actively improve professional skills;We should firmly believe in the profession,give full play to the subjective initiative and enhance the self-regulation ability;Accumulate interpersonal communication skills and build a good social network.In terms of entry schools: improve the induction training,establish the tutor system and pay attention to the growth of teachers;Improve the assessment system,respect the initial teachers to enhance their sense of belonging;Pay attention to the individual differences of teachers,divide the division of labor reasonably and allocate teachers' resources.In the aspect of pre job training: improve the curriculum setting and improve the comprehensive quality of the students in the school;Strengthen cooperation with the work units and standardize the evaluation mechanism of educational practice.
