In the framework of teache r l iteracy,t eacher' teaching monit or abil ity is at the core l evel.The development level of teachi ng monitor ability directly affe cts the teaching level of t eache rs,and it i s more about t he professional devel opment of teachers.In addition,j unior hi gh school st udents are in a period of rebellion.In this special st age of development,Junior high school teachers should us e teaching monitor ability to monitor their own teaching t o meet the needs of student development.It is necessary to study teaching moni tor ability of junior middle school teachers by combining the above factors.The paper inves tigat es the present situation of teaching monitor ability of three junior m iddle s chools in Xingta i C ity,Hebei Province,and finds out the problem s of junior middle school teachers ' teaching monitor abilit y,and causes of probl ems of junior middle school teachers' teaching monitoring ability based on influencing factors.And finally put forward t he countermeasures to improve the t eaching moni tor ability of junior middl e school teache rs.Duri ng the study period,the author sel ected a total of 260 junior high s chool teachers in Xingta i Cit y,Hebei Province,and selected10 teachers from them,and conducted classroom obs ervation of thei r teaching.Be sides,the author selected six teache rs.It was interviewed.Through the analys is of t he questionnaire data and the observation of quantitative data,interview records,the author found that juni or high school teache rs' teaching monitor ability of the following problems : 1.The development of new teachers 'teaching monitor ability i s weak,it should be improved;2.The development of Teaching monit oring abilit y to find and analyze the problem is poor;3.Part of the standard development of teac hing monitori ng abil ity is poor;4.Part of the teacherto play subjective factors too much impact and strong volat ility.Through the questionnaire survey and interview study,it is clear that the problems that l ead to the problems of junior middle school teachers' teaching monitoring ability include the following as pects: 1.The lack of teaching practice of new teachers causes the development of teaching moni toring ability to be weak;2.Pre-service training and post-service training lack of practice is not conducive to the developm ent of teaching m onitoring capa city;3.Teachers sel f professional developm ent requi res low,lack of the internal m otivation to improve teaching ability;4.Teac hers lack of t eaching knowledge and experi ence,teaching refle ction is unreasonable;5.Teachers evaluation criteria unrea sonable,a si ngle eval uati on method is not conducive to professional development of t eachers;6.Teache rs 'rights are not specific and imperfect,and teachers' right s prot ection mechanism is not perfectAccor ding to the problems and causes of the teaching control abilit y of juni or middle school teachers,the count erme asures to improve the teaching control ability of junior middle school teachers are put forwa rd,including: 1.Base d on the practice orientation to reform t he pre-se rvice and strict teacher qualification;2.Cons tructing practical teacher t raining Model to promote t he profes sional development of teachers;3.In novate the cam pus culture,to bui ld a healthy atm osphere of t eache rs 'pr ofessional developm ent;4.To establish a developmental teache r evaluation sys tem,focus on the developm ent of teachers' teaching abi lity;5.To improve t he relevant regulation of teachers,to provide legal protection for teache r teaching.
