Purpose: Sports watch was evaluated from the aspect of measuring the Heart Rate and pedometer function.Using sports watches collected students physical activity(PA)parameters,through dietary nutrition questionnaire observed the nutritional status of students;The multiple regression model was established,that had student physique and Sports watch data and nutrition.Methods 1 Participants were 16 college students,when were wore a Polar Team heart rate and a Yiger sports watch.There were four kinds of speed movement in this study.We were recorded the steps of participants by video,and recorded the participants' exercise Heart Rate with Polar Team Heart Rate,and Yiger Sports Watch were recorded motion data.The Polar team heart rate data and the number of video recorder and Yiger movement data were related and regression.Polar team heart rate calculated to reach the intensity of the step Frequency range.2 Dietary and Nutrition: There were 165 participants,who were selected from each grade randomly 12 students,including primary school grades 3-6,junior high school,high school,and 45 college students,participants conducted a 3 consecutive days of dietary nutrition survey.The results were compared with the food nutrition table.Estimated nutrient intake was compared with dietary nutrient recommended intake.3 Physical Activity: Participants wore a Yiger sports watch with ten days.Wear a sports watch every day for more than 12 hours.We read the student's motion parameters in the sports watch,including the number of daily steps,daily walking time,steps frequency and so on.4 student's physique tests: Participants conducted two student's physique tests,respectively,in September and December.Get the student's physique condition.Analysis of student's physique changes.5 Multiple Stepwise Regression Model: Nutrition and physical activity were related to student's physique and regression.The effects of dietary nutrition and physical activity on students' physique were analyzed.Find the parameters that were very relevant with the student's physique.The multivariate correlation regression equation were established,and the data with sports watch and nutrition were independent variables,and the student's physique was the dependent variable.Results 1.At different speeds,the participants' exercise heart rate(BPM)interval was different.The heart rate with Yiger data were distributed in the range of 80-110 BPM.The heart rate of Yiger sports watch was lower than that of Polar team,and there was significant difference(P <0.01).At the speed of 3.2km/h,the number of measurement steps of Yiger sports watch was significantly different from that of VCR(P <0.01).With the increase of speed,and the speed above of 4.8km/h,the number of steps by Yiger sports watch and the number of steps of the video recorder had high consistency(r = 0.932).There is a high correlation between step frequency and exercise intensity.heart rate to moderate intensity of the step frequency interval [118,148] step/min.2.Primary school students walking and walking time was the largest,college students in the high-intensity walking was the lowest.The non-weekend days' steps was significantly higher than that of the weekend(P <0.01).Three energy nutrient supply ratios were within the recommended range with the grade of students.Students did not meet the daily intake recommended amount including vitamin B1,vitamin C,calcium and so on.Students intake of too much meat,beans and oils,students had a lack of intake of milk and dairy products,vegetables.The lowest percentage of normal weight among all grades was 71.4%;In the total sample the overweight and obesity accounted for 20%.3.There was a significant negative correlation between the daily intake of energy and the scores of students' physical constitution,BMI score,standing long jump score,body anteflexion in sitting position score,and pull-up score(P <0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the daily walking time and the daily walking time and the vital capacity,50 m run,standing long jump,body anteflexion in sitting position,endurance running,and priming items(P <0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between the total score of students' physical intake and daily intake of energy,protein,fat,carbohydrate and so on(P <0.05)4.The linearity of the total body weight and the daily walking volume was better.When the composite function model is used,the fitting degree of daily walking was reduced by 0.005.The model equation is: Student physical weight == 96.118-0.732×age + 0.057×daily walking time-4.573 ×gender-0.598×BMI Note: Age range: 10-19 years;walking time : min/day;BMI unit: kg/m2;Gender: male = 1,female = 0 Verification results show that a significant correlation between the predicted value of physical fitness and the measured value of the sport watch.The correlation coefficient was moderate(r = 0.576).There was no significant difference between the predicted value and the measured value(P = 0.5).Conclusion 1.In the student's daily life,we can use the walking frequency to express the exercise intensity.College students reach medium-intensity pace of 118 steps/min and 148 steps/min.Yiger sport watch step function can be used for daily walking measurement.Yiger sports watch should improve the function of measuring heart rate.2.On the whole,students are in good physical condition.Walking and walking time is an important factor affecting students' physical fitness.The total score of the student physique increases with the increase of walking trend.In general,the nutritional status of students at all stages is well.students lack of milk and its products and vegetables intake.3.The model equation of student 's physique score was obtained.
