| Objective:"Young children are the hope and future of the country".However,in recent years,many studies have shown that the development level of children’s basic motor skills and physique has gradually declined.In order to change this situation,the Ministry of education has issued many relevant documents on promoting children’s basic movements and physical development.3-6 years old is the key period of children’s movement development,which is very related to their physique.By combining the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development,this study carried out self-made physical activity exercises as the main content of the experimental scheme,observed the change characteristics of self-made physical activity exercises on the basic movements and physique of 5-6-year-old children,discussed the interaction between self-made physical activity exercises on the basic movements and physique of 5-6-year-old children,and the difference between the rotation practice and comprehensive training of physical activity ability of 5-6-year-old children.Research methods:Taking the experimental method as the main research means,this study selected5-6-year-old children from the second hospital of Guangdong Yucai kindergarten.Before the experiment,80 subjects were randomly selected from 5-6-year-old children in the kindergarten,and the 80 subjects were randomly divided into 40 in the control group(20 boys and 20 girls)and 40 in the experimental group(20 boys and 20 girls).The children in the experimental group were intervened with self-made physical activity exercises for 12 weeks,while the control group carried out routine physical activities as usual.The experimental group will carry out self-made physical activity exercises once a week for 30 minutes each time.The control group will carry out routine sports activities once a week for 30 minutes.In this experiment,80 subjects were given a pre-test of basic motor skills(tgmd-3)and National Physical Fitness Standard Manual(children’s part)before training,and then basic motor skills(tgmd-3)after 12 weeks of training And physical fitness test,a total of two tests.Spss25.0 is used for all test data The statistical data analysis was carried out in version 0.All the test data tested before the experiment were statistically analyzed by independent t-test.the two factor repeated measurement analysis method is used to analyze and compare the data results between the experimental group and the control group,and analyze the influence of the interaction between time factor and group factor on the basic motor skills and physique after the experiment.P < 0.05 means statistically significant,and when p < 0.001 means very significant.Research results:1.Changes in scores of children’s basic motor skills after the experiment After the experiment,the body shape of children in the experimental group and the control group changed,but the change was not obvious.In the physical fitness indexes of male children in the experimental group,the three indexes of tennis throwing,sitting forward bending and walking on the balance beam were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the two indexes of 10 meter turn back run and double foot continuous jump of male children in the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.001).The results of male and female children in the control group in physical fitness,10 m turn back run,standing long jump,tennis throw,continuous jump of both feet,forward flexion in sitting position and walking balance beam were improved as a whole,but the improvement was not significant(P > 0.05).The five indexes of physical quality of male and female children in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.2.Changes in child physical fitness data after experienceAfter the experiment,there was no significant change in the body shape of the children in the experimental group and the control group,but the data of the five indexes in the physical quality indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.001).The physical fitness data of the control group increased as a whole,but the increase was not significant.3.The relationship between children’s basic motor skills and physical fitness data after the experimentThe 13 basic movements of children in the experimental group were more significant than those before the experiment(P < 0.05).At the same time,the five indexes of physical fitness improved more significantly than before the experiment(P < 0.05).The total average score of basic motor skills of children in the control group increased by 6.35 points,which did not change significantly compared with that before the experiment(P > 0.05).At the same time,the six indexes of physical fitness did not change significantly compared with that before the experiment(P > 0.05).Research conclusion:1.Self made physical exercises and conventional sports activities can promote children’s basic motor skills,but self-made physical exercises can improve children’s basic motor skills more greatly.2.The two kinds of activities have a positive relationship with children’s strength quality and speed quality,and have no obvious promotion with children’s body shape.However,self-made physical exercises can significantly promote the flexibility and balance quality of children,especially the strength quality of male children and the flexibility quality of female children.3.Among the two ways to improve children’s physical activity,the effect of comprehensive training is better than that of rotation training. |
